The hotel is very well located. There are many cafes and small shops around. The rooms are large and clean. The plumbing is very tired. The breakfasts are not bad
The hotel's staff is completely non-client-oriented. Upon arrival, they are given to sign a paper where it is written in small print that no alcohol is allowed in the room. The fine is $100. I took a bottle of wine and because I didn't finish it, I left it in the room. The receptionist went to check the room in the morning before leaving and just forced him to actually pay $ 100 without letting him out of the hotel. I offered to call the police, but the Receptionist was deliberately stalling because he understood that I was in a hurry and was late for the train. Roughly speaking, they just bred 100 dollars. Shamefully. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is decorated in European style, very spacious and comfortable rooms. The room has a spacious storage closet, each bed has a bedside table and several sockets, a work desk and tea tables. A bathtub with a shower cabin and a variety of individual kits : toothbrush, paste, gel, shampoo, conditioner, cap, cotton buds, cotton pads, nail file, comb, soap, shoe spoon, slippers. For the comfort of the guests, 3 towels and a terry bathrobe are provided. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is a ironing board with an iron on the floor in the common area, and a hairdryer in the room.
The buffet breakfast is very rich, will please all tastes, a large selection of fresh fruits.
The peculiarity of the location is 5 minutes from the Cosmonauts metro station through the park, the Zohib restaurant, built into the first floor of the hotel, open until 3 a.m. (breakfast is served there). The restaurant is popular and has unusual delicious dishes on the menu.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Firstly, the metro is very close, which means you can go to any corner of Tashkent. Moreover, the fare costs less than 20 rubles. You can get off the subway and admire the decoration of the stations. Secondly, I really liked the breakfast, which takes place in the hotel restaurant. You can also eat in it in the evening. Affordable and delicious. Thirdly, there is a private sauna and hammam with a swimming pool. If you take care in advance, all this will be at the disposal of your company, whether it's friends or relatives. The room is clean, the garbage is taken out every day. And bathrobes and slippers are also important to someone. In general, I recommend using the hospitality of this hotel.

A well-located hotel.
It is located at the intersection of beautiful destinations.
The staff is courteous.
In general, the hotel is on 4, there are scuffs and stains on the palaces and other small things.
There was a decent store in the courtyard, an ATM where you could exchange dollars for bags, fruits and milk were sold by private traders at retail outlets within a minute's reach. And a great restaurant on the ground floor (it hosts breakfast) at an affordable price. I wrote a separate review on it.
I recommend the hotel!

Disgusting hotel!
It all started with the fact that the rooms stank terribly of sewage and we were only able to temporarily settle in a room without windows, and then after we started arguing with them and offering solutions ourselves. The room was disgustingly dirty!!!(I attached a photo of the tin itself on the bedside table by the bathroom mirror of someone's hair). Then we went to bed and found that there was a single blanket for two, we wanted to call the reception to bring another one, but it turns out that the phone was disconnected from the network at the first hour of the night and there was no desire to run around the floors in pajamas after the road, so we slept like that.
After that, we were moved to another room, it was cleaner, but still there were streaks and smudges on the mirrors, and the taps were dirty, the toilet lid was a little broken.
You can hear strongly what is happening in the corridor, if someone passes, then you can participate in the dialogue🤐
The breakfasts are normal in terms of food, but the service is a real problem. There are no drinks freely available - just catch the waiters and ask them to bring them, waiting up to 10 minutes or more. (There is not even water)Plus, they often confuse you and can bring you the wrong thing at all.
And by the way, there was no information at the time of booking that alcohol was prohibited and it was a shock for us too.
In short, a disgusting hotel in all its components, if you want your vacation to be ruined and everything starts to annoy you, then welcome.
I also added disheveled carpets in the rooms to make it clear that the rooms are well maintained and guests are taken care of💩

Хороший, новый!!!!, отель в центре Ташкента.
+ просторные комнаты, достаточно полотенец, напор воды нормальный. Чисто, дружелюбный и приветливый персонал.
+ В 2 минутах от метро (Космонавтов).
+ 15 минут до аэропорта
+ Вкусная еда в кафе при отеле.
- была там в холод из окон дуло. Можно кондей на подогрев включить, но я атопик и сухой воздух для меня под запретом.
- 2 зеркала и оба не большие и рядом с ними темно, нет доп подсветки. Краситься и собираться неудобно.
- ну это для меня не минус, но для многих возможно. Алкоголь распивать на территории отеля запрещено, штраф.
А так, ставлю уверенные 4 звезды.

Выбирала гостиницу по отзывам! Поэтому пишу свой - вдруг кому-то поможет определиться с выбором. Месторасположение - отличное! Все основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Плюс - метро в ста метрах от гостиницы. Номер - прекрасный! Чисто, свежий ремонт, приятные мелочи в виде тапочек, халатов и пр. Чайник, холодильник, бутилированная вода! Убирают каждый день, уборщицы очень внимательные, было ощущение искреннего желания помочь)))). Приятный бассейн и бани))). Поставила бы «отлично», если бы не скудные завтраки. Как-то уж очень скромно. И вроде все есть, и каша, и куриные ножки, и яичница….. но ощущения большого выбора нету совсем…. Правда, попросили приготовить блинчики (мы с детьми, а им все вредное сладкое подавай), на следующий день были нам блинчики))))). Тем не менее, за завтрак не могу поставить отлично. В остальном - рекомендую!

-The room has never been cleaned (I mean floors and wiping surfaces). The bathroom floor is stained yellow.
- The rooms are tired, originally settled with a panoramic window with finger slits and an air conditioner that does not work for heating. It was possible to change it.
-There is not a single channel in English or Russian.
- Very, very slow staff(either he gets the sauna reservation mixed up, or when he leaves for work, he thinks that I'm leaving, and asks me to hand over the card.
- Irresponsibility to TB. They put a shovel with melted snow on the way out of the sauna, fell almost broke everything.
-Cosmetics are changed after a reminder.
-Very weak water pressure, partially broken shower door.
I do not recommend checking in.

Супер отличная гостиница и персонал. Шикарные номера. Бассейн. Хамам. Сауна. При гостинице ресторан . Всегда вкусно и не дорого. Хороший завтрак. Для жителей России недостаток из за отсутствия основных Российских телеканалов.

В целом хорошая гостиница, приветливый персонал, неплохие номера, есть недочёты, но ничего серьезного, завтраки не самые разнообразные, но вполне приемлемые, конечно если на неделю останавливаться, это начнет напрягать, я завтракал два раза - нормально. Есть бассейн (где-то около 8 метров), по-моему ещё и хамам, точно не знаю, т.к. не пользовался. Подводя итоги, остановиться на сутки - двое отличный вариант, на более длительный срок, скорее нет.

Хороший отель в центре Ташкента. В номере чисто. Есть собственный ресторан с европейской кухней. Прекрасные завтраки. В пешей доступности много музеев, театры, парки, министерства, ведомства... Персонал очень доброжелателен. Регистрация в день заезда. Стоянка авто у отеля. Рядом метро. Прачечная позади здания отеля.🤫

Отель с хорошим расположением, на краю зеленого парка. На первом этаже ресторанчик. Номера большие с удобными кроватями и подушками. Завтраки на 4-ку. Есть фрукты, каши, закуски. Уборка каждый день. В номере чай, вода.

Очень удобное расположение отеля, в шаговой доступности от метро Космонавтлар и кучи парков, можно идти до мечети Минор прямо пешком и везде будет красиво. Отель новый, чистый, персонал доброжелательный. Из минусов: не взяли оплату по брони букинга в долларах (либо сумы, либо карты, но не "Мир"). Также завтрак я бы оценил на 4, а не на 5, но общую оценку снижать за это все равно не буду. Отель прекрасен для тех кто привык к качественным европейским сетевым отелям. Могу рекомендовать для остановки туристам. Кровати жёсткие как и везде в Узбекистане, но мы нормально высыпались. Номер тихий, ночью спать ничего не мешало.

Все классно. Отличная гостиница. Все чисто, уютно, сделано со вкусом. Приятный дизайн, новая мебель, белоснежные пушистые полотенца. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. К уборке нареканий не было, вай-фай работает с хорошей скоростью. Завтрак включен и разнообразен. Все на высшем уровне. Рекомендую👍👍👍

We stayed at this hotel twice for one night. The combination of price and quality is on top. Good location, clean, large modern rooms, quick check-in. Of the minor disadvantages: rather monotonous breakfasts, alcohol is not served in the restaurant (the hotel is halal), in the morning you can hear either a tram or a subway passing by. In general, it can be recommended.

Плюсы: современный отель, комфортные просторные номера. Из минусов: под окнами турецкий ресторан, где до 3х часов ночи жарят мясо. Ресторан пользуется популярностью ибо все 3 дня проживания был с полной загрузкой. Номер на 4ом этаже пропах шашлыком.

Хороший отель практически в центре. Вокруг зелень и внизу кафе. Рядом метро Космонавтов. Обогрев номеров если в холодное время только кондеем. Неплохой завтрак. И в кафе было очень свежая и вкусная пахлава. В номерах огроменная двуспальная кровать, если номер с не раздельными кроватями. Номера уютные, обычные. 4 дня провели с комфортом.

Еда рядом в ресторане. Вкусно. Очень сытно. Номера чистые и новые. Персонал слегка тормозит, но приветливый. Обслуживание хромает. Расположение удобное, в центре, но на машине заезжать сложно.

В этом отеле мы начинали и заканчивали путешествие по Узбекистану. Долго выбирали отель и рады, стране ошиблись с выбором. Номера просторные , звукоизоляциях отличная. Отель и в центре, и в тихом месте . Рядом великолепная дубовая роща

Гостиница не гостеприимная. В номере все уставшее, не чисто. Почему то одно полуторное одеяло на большой кровати в номере для двоих.
Завтрак посредственный.
Штраф за алкоголь в номере 1 млн сум.
Локация хорошая. Рядом музей искусств и центр.
ЦУМ и развал блошиный, сувенирные лавки.
Плохое соотношение цена/качество.

Приличный отель в центре города. Почти всё в пешей доступности. Номера большие. Для кого то будет минусом то что отель халяль - курить нельзя, алкоголь нельзя. Завтраки вкусные.

Отличный отель. Сделан со вкусом, интерьеры погружают в исторический контекст, но при этом все современные технологии на месте. Персонал крайне доброжелателен и складывается впечатление, что может решить любые возникающие проблемы. Не часто такое увидишь.
