As it has already been written here, the "Festival" is one of the modern symbols of Pattaya. Actually, there are quite a lot of shopping malls in the city and district: all sorts and different. For me, shopping in a resort like Pattaya is not a very grateful thing, because there are a lot of things to do around. But in the evening....And why not come here? Almost all your expectations are being met. All 6 floors are in demand (7 are underground). An excellent and reasonably priced food court at the very top. And there's also a great viewing platform. I recommend a good place.
