probably the best thing here is an exchanger with the best exchange rate than anywhere else. We've never seen a better course anywhere. but, like everything in Tae, it's stupid - the exchanger is on the top floor. So, a big stupid shopping mall. probably, you can find something, but not what you need. the staff in the shops are kind of confused, like koalas, they can't really say anything, neither in English, nor just point a finger. it is easier, and sometimes cheaper, to buy something in Moscow.
