The pool itself is very good, as it should be for "big water", but the service in general and in particular the equipment of places for changing clothes (cockroaches run around, where they come from, I haven't seen them in Atyrau in more than 9 years) and the shower, to put it mildly, leave much to be desired...

The pool is clean and nice, the staff is very pleasant. The locker rooms are spacious, clean, and it's good to coach. The coaches are experienced, they explain it well.
