The pool itself is very good, as it should be for "big water", but the service in general and in particular the equipment of places for changing clothes (cockroaches run around, where they come from, I haven't seen them in Atyrau in more than 9 years) and the shower, to put it mildly, leave much to be desired...

The pool is clean and nice, the staff is very pleasant. The locker rooms are spacious, clean, and it's good to coach. The coaches are experienced, they explain it well.

To be honest, I am extremely shocked by the staff! The administrator is rude, the reception is so stupid and incompetent that he gives incorrect information, and when you start looking for ends, they start pushing each other off. They announce the rules when accepting a child, and then they are abandoned, again pushing each other off, allegedly the rules were not correctly communicated to the parents either by the coach or the girls at the reception. Overall, the atmosphere is a mess. The boys' locker room doesn't wash every day! Children fall on the slimy floor. Things left in the locker room may lie there for several days, which indicates that cleaning is not carried out in the proper amount. It's worth the smell!

The pool is fine, but when football is a big inconvenience for residents of nearby houses. You can't get in or out of the yard, cars are thrown haphazardly. 👎👎👎

The pool is a bit dirty..not all lockers on magnets work..sometimes they give out 1 cup for 2 people , although we pay for 2 .

I walked for a month. The water is decent. Sometimes it is warmer than necessary, but they take into account wishes. The minus is the locker room, toilet and shower. Tired. And so, it's fine for that kind of money. The main thing is health.
