I liked everything, the driver was neat, the bus was supposed to arrive at the Vilnius bus station at 12:25, arrived at 12:50, but this happened due to a delay at the Lithuanian border. The waiting room is not large, but there are always empty seats, the ticket offices are modern and there are no long queues. There is a Belarusbank exchange office, several ATMs, stalls with souvenirs and products, a nearby shop "neighbors", open from 7 a.m., BUT: the waiting room almost always smells disgusting because of the b.o.m.zh. personalities constantly present there. Why the police and security personnel are needed, and what they do is unclear!
