I have been associated with the Center for many years of exceptionally pleasant memories. I have been studying in a continuing education group (Swedish, C1 level) with Anastasia Maiskaya for several years, including during covid and online training. This is a Teacher with a capital letter, thoroughly knows all the subtleties of the language, always comes up with interesting topics and lesson formats, involves all group members in the discussion. In my memory, the Center has organized many interactive events, for example, watching Swedish films, celebrating Lucia, Midsommar, etc. The atmosphere in the Center is pleasant and friendly, the teachers try to do everything so that you fall in love with the language you are learning, and that learning the language is a joy, not a burden.

I studied at the center 5 years ago and everything was great.
The other day I wanted to sign up for courses again and I was unlucky enough to communicate with Natalia about this. It seemed that she was conducting sabotage. When I asked her to tell me about the teachers, she replied that everything was on the site. When I asked questions about how to determine my language level in order to choose the right group, She replied in a humiliating tone, "Girl, have you ever studied languages?! This is an international classification! Next, she began to convince me that there were only 5 classes left in the group that suited me in terms of level and there was no point in me going there anymore, and that she advised me to wait for January, when a new set would start from scratch. When I asked her when the recruitment for a group of my level would begin, she said that she did not have a magic ball and did not know. Natalia also strongly advised me to look for other courses, because in Minsk, foreign languages are not only taught at the Central School of Economics. The whole conversation was conducted "from above" as if I wanted to enroll in free courses, Natalia tried her best to dissuade me from going to their courses, and in the end, when I said that it was unpleasant for me when They talk to me in that tone-she just hung up on me. At first I did not believe in such incompetence and inappropriate behavior for an adult - I called back, I thought the call had suddenly gone off. But Natalia has not picked up the phone, she probably thinks that this is her personal phone, not her work phone, and she can ignore the calls. I don't know how many people she has already scared away from the Central Office, but if this woman was rude to you, try talking to someone else in the center, there are a lot of good people there.
