I used the underground parking services in order to charge the electric car. At the entrance to the parking lot, it is indicated that when charging an electric car, parking is free for two hours, but at the exit from the parking lot, the barrier did not rise and parking demanded 12 rubles from me, I pressed the call button for the operator and when asked how to leave, he rudely replied that I should receive a QR code on my phone somehow how should I scan it and so on. I went to the People's Commissariat to sort it out, so I didn't understand anything and the parking attendant didn't answer all subsequent calls. There was no time to sort things out and walk around the offices because it was necessary to go urgently. Therefore, I do not recommend using this parking lot because of the negligence of the staff and I ask for their punishment, and if circumstances force me to go there again someday and the same situation occurs, I will not regret my time and will no longer contact the parking staff, but law enforcement officers.
