Level 2 Local Expert

Extremely dissapointed. My hand-carry luggage does not meet airline size expectations. I though it was cabin-friendly, but I was forced to check it in at the airport and paid for 42$even though I supposed to have free carry luggage . Very inconvenient and misleading. Ive been carrying that luggage to multiple airlines but only centrum was so strict knowing that they only want probably money due to limited passengers.Costumer service as well is very rude. If there’s an options of zero star I would def give them zero I would never book Centrum Airlines in the future anymore. This airlines sucks. Not recommended

Always and always delayed flights, no confirmed aircrafts - on ticket you see different confirmed aircraft and you sit on absolutely different aircraft and seat, no recommendation at all 👎

Always delaying Centrum airlines flights. Delaying, delaying, changing, changing. If you plan your works and there is centrum flight beetween of them, be careful
