A day before departure, a representative of the company contacted me and personally informed me about the postponement of the flight, although thank you for that.
Of course, I am extremely outraged and upset, since I bought tickets for a convenient departure and arrival time, and as a result, the flight was postponed to 16 o'clock, deep into the night of the next day!
Moreover, a night flight, instead of a morning flight, means that I will lose half of the next day, as I will sleep off after the flight. And two days out of 7 days of vacation have already been wasted! I'm not talking about the fact that one of the days of staying in an already paid hotel will burn out.
I decided to use your airline for the first time and planned to fly several more of your routes, but now I will refrain from this initiative having bitter experience.

I flew to Dubai for business, I had a case with an expensive suit with me, I came in last and as usually happens, all the shelves were already occupied. I turned to the flight attendant guy, I didn't remember his name, with a request to help find a place because I'm afraid to crumple, so this guy shifted all his hand luggage from one shelf to another and my suit was flying in an empty compartment. Good afternoon, I was supposed to take off today at 8:20 Tashkent time. Flight NMA-TAS C6050. Not only that, when we arrived at the airport for check-in, no one gave a sensible answer why it was impossible to check in for the flight, although the check-in time should have already ended, and after somehow checking in, we have been pickled in the waiting room for the 3rd hour. There was no representative of the airline, no SMS notification, no formal notification by e-mail.
You call the call center - there the girl says, "according to our data, the plane should have already left." That is, no one actually knows what's going on with the planes?! Is process control so bad?!
A terrible airline, it's better to get by car on a nickel with bombs than to contact you again.

I flew with the new airline Centrum-Air St. Petersburg-Urgench. The plane is old, they gave out some kind of bag with a sandwich of terrible quality instead of a normal lunch. The flight was delayed for 40 minutes, and there were no apologies or clarifications from the crew. I do not know who will like this service, judging by the reviews of everyone who wrote before me)), but for me even two stars are a lot, for a person who has flown on something else and who has something to compare it with.
