We had a really bad experience here. Me and my wife bought 2 pcs of Toilet from this place. I wish we wouldn't do that mistake. My wife was pregnant and when we get there to get the toilet with the receipt they gave us, the person in the desk said we can not find it in our system. They have a terrible delivery and accounting system which is not customer friendly. Plus they have so rude stuff that do not care about your hurry. They made us wait more than 1 hour just to deliver the products. The mamager called Alibek definately an arrogant person. He has no idea how to treat customers. Such a rude man doesn't have to be there working especially as a manager. Thankfully dear miss Kamilla came up and ended our struggle with these rude and not understanding personnel. I swear that I won't come here again and won't ever promote this place to anyone. If you do not wanna loose your temper, get crazy for some unknown reasons that nobody explains, if you do not wanna loose your time getting angry to rude and misunderstanding working stuff (except Kamilla) then come here. This is for management: You definately have to resign this Alibek (the so called manager) and other guy who works at the Toilet area near delivery building.
