For example, the staff considers it normal to wash the floor in a restaurant when vacationers are having lunch there. To all requests to wash later, they pretend that they do not understand Russian. With food in general, it's always the same and the food is very suspicious. I went for a week, survived one day, went to another hotel where everything is OK.
