We stayed for a few nights, but last year. The hosts were polite, they were with someone who knew Turkish, but they spoke in English a couple of times, and they understood each other. The rooms are good, everything you need is there. We lived on the second floor with a balcony in the shade of trees. Typical breakfast, fruits, vegetables, cheese, eggs. It is possible to store and cook your own food.
