on 14.01.2026, I placed an order with the number 983EM8443B via Çetinkaya's online site. The order I placed was sent incomplete, and despite this, I was kept waiting for about 1 month without any concrete solution being presented. During this time, I called customer service at least 3 times and each time I was told that the issue would be resolved quickly. I have also made written support requests via the website. Despite this, neither my missing product was sent nor a satisfactory information was given about what stage the process was at. At the end of all these distractions, my order was canceled and taken into the refund process without any approval from me and without even bothering to ask me. Keeping a customer waiting for such a long time and making unilateral transactions without giving information despite both telephone and written applications is an attitude that shows that they are not serious and do not care about customer satisfaction.
