The best teahouse in Minsk. Excellent food, excellent service. How many times have I been, I always wonder how they manage to keep such a high level of enormous competition. I also recommend trying local tinctures - a great alternative to any strong alcohol. What is pleasantly surprising is that the administration is ready to make a pre-order without making an advance payment. Go, you won't regret it.
