It's nice, clean, and there's hot water. Delicious breakfast. I had a small room on the 3rd floor, but with a balcony. The room is warm. The mattress is good, the bed is clean. One of the disadvantages is that there are no bath accessories, except for liquid soap and shampoo. There is no conditioner for hair. There is no memo with contact numbers, I turned on the TV (sometimes there are hot numbers displayed on the main page), but the TV did not work, I had to find the reception number on 2 gis and call, unfortunately, in vain, the receptionist replied that they never have a hair conditioner. Although this is the standard for 3 ki even. The audibility is very good. Even conversations in the next room can be picked up, not to mention passionate couples..

Excellent service at the hotel. Bed linen, towels, hygiene kits and bottled drinking water were changed every day. Even the things I had scattered were neatly hung on hangers. The breakfasts are very good and delicious. It's a decent choice. The dining room is gorgeous. And the prices for accommodation are very affordable. I definitely recommend it.

The place is great. Quiet. The surroundings are picturesque. Nearby there is a huge park with various attractions. Perhaps the best place to stay with children. There are many shops and cafes nearby where you can order dishes on the grill and not only. The hotel's guests also have access to a sauna with a swimming pool. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are newly renovated, spacious and cozy. Of course, the breakfasts do not shine with an extensive range of dishes, but everything is very tasty and varied. So I RECOMMEND IT. You won't regret it.

A historic hotel complex in an ecologically clean area of Karaganda near the city park. It may look worn out from the outside, but it's been updated inside. Sumptuous breakfasts are served in the morning. The room price includes access to a sauna and a small pool.

Overall, the rooms are good. But audibility is eerily simple. The room rate included a swimming pool, sauna and breakfast. Breakfast buffet. Coffee, tea or juice. We booked for several people. The reservation was with a late check-out, but unfortunately, due to the internal unclear communications of the staff, our late check-out was not recorded. And we were just asked to have fun in the middle of the day, despite the fact that a payment was made from our company. The rooms are cleaned, beds and towels are changed daily, and hygiene kits have also been replaced. A minus star for the incident with the late departure, and they didn't even try to resolve this issue.... They just said we have guests waiting!

Excellent breakfasts are served in the morning, the staff is polite, but if you come to the restaurant at lunchtime and with your food, the staff turns from helpful waiters to guards of tables on the terrace and you will be turned away like homeless people. And it doesn't matter that you are staying at this hotel and you need an inexpensive lunch or snack. Have lunch with your food in the room- that's what we were told!!!)))

The room is clean but the carpet is burned with a cigarette (room 27), it is cool to sleep from the window, the staff is friendly and polite, beautiful halls on each floor where you can talk and hold meetings, buffet breakfast is included in a cozy restaurant, air conditioning in the room, refrigerator, TV, kettle, heater type breeze (but not in all rooms) and a huge minus - very weak water pressure on the second floor, on the third even less had to choose the time to take a shower.
