This place is one of the best non-chain coffee shops. High-quality, delicious coffee, tea for every taste, always fresh desserts. There is also a small alcoholic drinks bar. It's a little cramped inside, but cozy. In summer, an outdoor terrace with tables under umbrellas is added. They open a little late, but this is due to their location: far from public transport stops and large office buildings. There is also no parking near the establishment: the car must be left on the neighboring streets.
However, despite some disadvantages of accessibility, Chaikof is never empty. There are always visitors who have a few minutes to sit at a table and chat with friends with a drink in their hands. Many people buy large packages of coffee and tea to enjoy them at home.
It's a good place. If you're around, be sure to check it out, you'll like it.

We were passing through there. It's a very nice and cozy place. There are few tables, so you can sit there, chat or, conversely, retire with your thoughts. There is alcohol on the shelves. Maybe they make cocktails. Mulled wine is made for sure.
The coffee is delicious. The prices are small.
Boris's girlfriend is very responsive and friendly. She helped us with the Wi-Fi. She handed out her own. Since we got into roaming and were left without a connection and the ability to pay for it.

So, below I'm going to express my subjective opinion about the Chaikoff coffee shop.
You will ask: "Why did you put five stars? Is everything really that beautiful there?"
And I will answer — in my opinion — yes.
The local coffee, which I tried back in my first year of university (and still drink), is for me the gold standard, GOST, the standard of what at least "Americano" should be.
What did I like about this modest and cozy place? Well, first of all, the atmosphere: everything is harmonious and calm here, in winter and in summer, there is a terrace for drinking coffee, with comfortable furniture for hanging out. You can ask for an ashtray. A little breeze coupled with the shade gives you unforgettable memories of how you spent your time here.
Interior. Neat and comfortable chairs, tables, a wonderful layout that uses the environment to the maximum and creates a lamp atmosphere.
Coffee. Oh, that's my favorite point. Coffee in this coffee shop, perhaps, if you compare the prices of the grains from which it is prepared, the highest. But it's on the grain. A cup of fine Americano costs around 2.50 BYN here, which is inexpensive even for students, which is why I went here all the time. The coffee here (I'll write it in caps) is DELICIOUS. Very. I just can't put into words how much higher it is than other places. No, it is not an absolute ambrosia for everyone, because there is no such thing, but if you sell it, grinding every drop on your tongue in order to feel this wildest deep taste, you will understand that just a little more and you will forever remain in the coffee grounds and the depth of taste of this coffee.
Staff. Pleasant baristas, nice and kind people in their own way, who are not averse to even chat in their spare time and discuss common topics.
Location. Personally, it wasn't so far for me to go from Skaryna, a "quest", so to speak :)
So judge now based on my experience.

Pleasant atmosphere and excellent coffee for the price. Coffee can be bought by weight. There are not many free places, but, largely due to the inconvenient location, the cafe is usually not crowded and you can have a good rest. The number of positions is also not large. The choice and price of desserts are especially upsetting.
