Advantages - one of the few places where you can walk, rollerblade and bike, because there is a fairly large enclosed area with ponds and alleys (the complex seems to be 8 7 buildings + detached villas, 1.5 km terrencourt) Disadvantages - the nearest good beach (NaiHarn) is half an hour by car, the rest is even further away. Otherwise, everything is standard - a narrow but long 2-level swimming pool, there is a gym (by the way, there is no sauna), a large shopping center 7-10’ again by car, there is a spa and a bar (probably you can order a massage and a bartender through the reception) and a gift shop. The apartments are of a normal size, not 25m cubicles), the kitchen is without an oven, the burners are electric. But it's not cheap either.

Spacious apartments, convenient location, large territory with a walking area by the lake. Among the disadvantages, there is practically no infrastructure inside the complex. More precisely, everything that was provided and built: a restaurant, a massage, a cafe - is closed.
