I do not recommend visiting this institution at all. I've been to different places, but I've never seen such a boorish attitude anywhere. The blond waiter who served us initially always watched our table and immediately helped if necessary. But the dark girl, as I understood it, is also a waiter. This is some kind of nightmare and horror. From the first words out of her mouth, she made it clear that we are nobody here. High-pitched conversation, constant nagging out of the blue. We were shocked! I'll give you 3 stars, just because of the blond waiter. He's taking this place out with his manners!

I was in this institution on the weekend, the atmosphere is the best, for the first visit to Grodno I was very surprised from such a place, the service is the best, the waiters are polite, not when they are not deceived with bills, which is not the case everywhere, the administrators are also very polite, I would like to express special gratitude (to the administrator Vladimir) the person is very polite, listened carefully, talked, a very cool guy, I would like to have more such administrators in night establishments, please encourage him in any way, even just express gratitude to him, in general, the institution is at the highest level, I do not regret that I came there, I am waiting for the next trip to Grodno in order to visit this place)

The rating of this institution is absolute zero. Dear residents of Grodno, if you want to feel like a second-class person, then you are here. When you enter, the person who "meets" looks at you with an appraising glance and if he does not find you wearing an expensive watch, a leather belt and shoes he likes, then immediately you fall into the category of insolvent and unreliable citizens. They immediately start being rude to you and come up with different versions of why they can't miss it. My husband and I were ashamed of the employees in front of the guests who came from Minsk to relax in the beautiful city of Grodno. Before visiting this place, we called several times about the dress code. The manager told us that you can walk in denim shorts and T-shirts. The weather is very hot, naturally people are dressed to a minimum. But most of all, I was struck by the rudeness of an employee (either security or administration, it's a pity that we didn't find out his data), who said all the questions in the complaint book and added with a boorish grin that the paper would tolerate everything, write whatever you want. Of course, we were provided with a complaint book, and complaints are present there, but an interesting fact is that there are no answers to complaints in the book. When asked about the lack of answers, the husband's complaint book was taken away. Saying that it was none of his business, which was a clear violation of administrative law. We were constantly hinted that this is a private institution, and they have the right to solve the situations as they see fit. As a result, the question arises, in Belarus, all the laws and decrees of the country do not apply to private institutions? In the process of our dispute, visitors came out and entered the hall in the same clothes as us, denim shorts, to our question what is the difference, the answer was: "I solve all the questions in the complaint book." We simply do not recommend relaxing in this cafe.Dear administration, if you are fighting for the title of an elite club or cafe, select staff who treat all visitors with respect....Even rejection can be beautiful.

We visited this institution on September 15 of this year. What to say... Everything seems to be fine, the interior is simple, without frills, they were greeted courteously, planted, a sweet young girl took the order. They didn't cook hot for long. The food is quite tasty. When we asked to put something newer, the bartender at the counter said that it costs money, 10 rubles! It's awesome! That is, deliberately bad music is put on so that guests can put something better for money. I have always been surprised by the "Grodno" enterprise out of the blue! Moreover, there is a TV with clips of the best representatives of world pop music (Ed Sheeran, Adele, etc.), but WITHOUT SOUND, only video! Honestly, it's not clear. And yet, at about 11 p.m., a "landing party" of local "Ladies with low social responsibility" ran in. It became generally "fun". In general, guys, if you want people to come to you, do everything from the bottom of your heart! And don't make money on what they don't make money on! We will not go to you anymore and we will not advise others. I wanted to dance, relax, but I had to leave ahead of time...As long as you're pulling on a mid-level SHALLAN. Sorry. Guests, Moscow.
