I came on a business trip for a few days. Before leaving, I looked at the halls next to the hotel.
I called in advance and asked if I could train for 3 days for a one-time fee (in all gyms this is called a one-time workout). I was told that no problem, come on. On 01/23/2025, I came to the training, paid for it, but I was corrected several times that this was a trial session. He asked if I could come back tomorrow the same way. The receptionist said I could. I came the next day, and they tell me that you were already at a trial training session yesterday, so buy a subscription... At least a month... And I need one workout. It's not a fact that I will come here again within a month.
As a result, they wouldn't let me go to training, they spread their hands... The customer orientation is off the charts. I could definitely recommend this gym to someone, but now I don't.
As a result, the mood is spoiled... This is the first room that was rejected like that. I travel a lot to different cities, and there are one-time classes everywhere, without any problems. I study every day and try not to miss it.
Anyway, I went to another gym... It's good that there was a normal gym nearby, without strange rules.

Excellent gym, excellent equipment, and most importantly - we have the best coach Bauyrzhan supervisor. Other coaches will also always jump up and help👌🤗

It is very cold in the hall and it is impossible to get involved. They also don't give you the remote control for the air conditioner. The simulators are very old, not updated
