Accordingly, they sold me a ticket for 10,000 tenge, knowing that I would have to buy glasses from the same people for 300 tenge!!!! Dear merchants! In many halls, the screen is very dark (is the projector lamp dead or weak?). The sound is often poorly tuned (either terribly loud or unbalanced in frequencies and/or channels). It's very frustrating. I sometimes go to children's movies with my child, because the nearest cinema to the house. But I won't be watching normal movies in this cinema.

In halls 1 and 3, the screens are very dark and the speakers are on the sides, it's impossible to watch movies, and I'm generally silent about the temperature in the halls, today it was +35 degrees outside and +29 degrees in the hall, so the warm mode is on, not cooling, I could barely stand it to the end.
