Yesterday we were at the cinema at the 21:35 session. The most beloved cinema, many halls.
But it is clear that lately the cinema manager has not been watching the staff and comfort at all, the men's toilet stinks like at the train station, there are huge queues in the store, the ticket offices work through one with a large flow of people.
And in general, everything in the store is sloppy, some kind of chaos and disorder
I ask you to take measures, there is a residue left, I will go to other places in the near future.

A great movie theater. If more movies had been running for longer than a couple of weeks, it would have been awesome.
And sometimes you get ready to watch something a second time, but it's already not at the box office.

I really love the Mega on Rozybakiev and the cinema in it. There used to be consistency, everything was fine. And now... those personnel who are standing at the checkout apparently do not know what they are selling and do not know in which hall what kind of session and movie they are showing. Today I was in hall 4 and according to the ticket that I bought, another movie was indicated, and according to the actual one, they showed me a completely different movie. A nightmare 👎🏻 I would put a score of 1 out of 10

We were at the Chaplin cinema. Everything is fine, but there is one very important disadvantage - a very loud sound. It's uncomfortable to watch the movie because you have to strain yourself because of the very loud acoustics. Firstly, it is annoying, and secondly, it distracts from watching the movie. Please adjust the sound level for the administration of the cinema. Make it adequate so as not to go deaf, so that you can enjoy watching 100 percent.

We go to the cinema for morning sessions. The halls are almost empty, and accordingly no one interferes, no one chews, does not talk on the phone, and it is clean and fresh.
The plex itself is simply excellent, the choice of halls is from small to large, courteous service, good condition of everything. Maybe only the bar is expensive
For parents with young children, a children's room is very convenient, spacious, with a slide, reclining seats, not so powerful sound and other visitors who understand you

A wonderful cinema. Not cheap, but the best movie drinks and snacks store, lots of halls, very comfortable seats. There are VIP rooms, they have a separate entrance for sofas and armchairs like Emirates. I am happy to go with my wife and children.

A large multiplex center, with poor organization of staff work. The island in front of the cinema is almost always closed. A huge cash register area combined with a store is just a terrible idea. There are expensive and harmful products in the huge hall of the store . And the constant queues at the ticket office do not allow people who want to buy a ticket to be served quickly. Dirty toilets. For relatively expensive tickets, this is not clear. The only thing that pleases is the children 's room . A good idea for young families.

We bought tickets online. We arrived by taxi. We took popcorn and Coke. We went into the hall. A couple of minutes later, an employee came and said that Keane would not be there (sound malfunction) - the hall was closed for the second session in a row (although tickets were sold at the ticket offices just a few minutes before).
He said that those who bought online should also make a refund online. But since the session has already started, this is done not through the return button, but through a support ticket by email (2k24y in the yard)
We walked around the shopping center waiting for an answer, and when we were going to order a taxi, an answer came from the online service that a refund should be requested from the cinema, lol
We returned to the cinema, and after two handshakes we reached the reception. After 10 minutes of conversation, we received the following: 'Within 3 days, someone will contact you via whatsapp (2k24th in the yard) and will try to issue a refund'
To the question 'What if he doesn't get in touch?'they replied, 'They will contact us, the 14th hall is not working all day, and we are dealing with refunds all day.'
It's a human pity for hard workers, January 1st after all, but they were terribly dissatisfied with the service. It turned out that we went back and forth by taxi for a mediocre popcorn and an overdosed coke, also with a suspended debit debt

Большой мультиплекс, в целом достойный. Но косяков тоже хватает. Основной - нет нормального полноценного расписания на неделю вперед. Расписание на сайте - только на сегодня. Даже на завтра - нет.
По залам - наиболее распиаренный и премиальный - 4DX. С двигающимися креслами и прочими эффектами. Ходил с дочкой на новую диснеевскую "Русалочку".
6000 тенге на утренний сеанс, да еще без скидок на ребенка - это очень дорого!
Оправдал ли ожидания премиальный формат за такие деньги? Однозначно, нет!
Во-первых, фильм шел почему-то без очков, в 2D да еще с огромными казахскими субтитрами в полэкрана🫣
Где 3D? За что берем такие деньги за билеты? В других залах тот же фильм шел в 3D...
Ну и косяки при оснащение зала - засветки экрана, лампочка между креслами так била в глаза - что даже снял на телефон, полюбуйтесь.
Эффекты двигаюшихся кресел - круто, понравились. А вот пшиканья воздухом в лицо, мыльные пузыри - отвлекали от сюжета, ощущение дешевки.
В общем, формат 4DX - чисто аттракционный, подойдет уж для совсем детских фильмов, либо безмозглого экшн. Учитывая, кусачую цену на билеты + отнюдь не идеальное качество кинопоказа - вряд ли пойду еще. Лучше в Imax.

Лучший кинотеатр Алматы, скажу что частые гости и нравиться атмосфера. Один большой минус это дорогие цены на напитки и попкорны. Так же вкус попкорна не очень, будто давно простоялся

Были на фильме со звуком 3D Atmos. Качество звука отличное, здорово погружаешься в фильм. Кресла супер удобные, что позволяет сделать просмотр фильма максимально комфортным. Место куда можно сходить в свободное время.

Чисто. цены на продукты, что можно найти в любом маркете, конечно завышены. Минус - в детском зале, на Горках все время скачут дети, другим смотреть что-то явно очень сложно.
В остальных залах все хорошо.

Место крутое дохожу с подругами друзьями на новые премьеры. Залы просторное кресло в принципе нормальное, не сломанные.звук качества видео вот это вот все на высшем уровне. Персонал хороший.

Кинозал маленький,удобные сиденья,можно смотреть кино с удовольствием.Правда в сон клонит.Настолько удобно сидеть.Интерьер потрясный,все хорошо.Очень симпатичный зал для просмотра кино.

Сам кинотеатр по звуку, экрану и задам хороший.
Но есть непонятка по билетам. Некоторые можно покупать заранее за один день, другие нельзя. Расписание при этом остаётся на следующий день таким же. Так же минус что не работает сайт и через него можно только посмотреть сеансы но нельзя купить билет онлайн (может быть такая функция сайтом и не предусмотрена, я уже не уверена)
В целом если живёте недалеко то хороший кинотеатр. Главное купить билет :)

Комфортные кресла, приемлемые цены, картинка и звук тоже в порядке. Был дважды, оба раза в стандартных залах. Цена/качество отличные. На удивление приятный интерьер в коридорах до входа в зал. Могу рекомендовать👍

Одно из любимых мест! Детской зал, супермаркет со всевозможной едой для просмотров фильмов, очистители воздуха (!!!), ресторан на втором этаже, готовят вкусно, очень уютно.

Минусов кроме того, что ну очень многолюдно, нет. Залов много, вентиляция хорошая, кресла удобные, есть целый магазин со снеками и неоходимой продукцией для просмотра кино. Сотрудники доброжелательны. Рекомендую
