Nice hotel. Not new, but in good condition, located right by the sea, with its own beach on wooden platforms above the sea and descents into the sea. The sea is very clean and transparent. There are indoor and outdoor pools, a nice spa area. I really liked the Indian head massage and foot massage. Normal breakfasts, a good seafood restaurant, a cafe. Excellent location near the port, but at the same time in a quiet, clean place. Very nice, attentive staff at the hotel and restaurant. My friends and I liked the hotel. I recommend.

Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED! I'll start with the service: they pretended that the cleaning was working every day, in fact, as a bunch of hair was lying on the bathroom floor from the first day, so no one cleaned it up. We didn't touch it on purpose, we wanted to see what would happen. The cleaning is terrible. Next is the SPA area. The hammam was cold, and they tried to convince me that it was warm. I've been to Turkey seven times, and there was no such hamam anywhere. The steam room worked every other time. The logistics are terrible, the pool is in one place, the sauna is at the other end, everything is very inconvenient. But the most disgusting thing is that there is no water in the SPA! Not at all! If you want water, take it with you, or order half-naked from the hostesses, they will sell it to you. The horror! It's too low to give children a glass of water. In the room, too, then 2 bottles will be brought, then 3, once they gave 4, when they were already tired and we said that there were 4 of us, not 3. Terrible dirt in the area, it's not about the hotel anymore, but in general. Bottles, cigarettes, paper, and other trash are just tons everywhere. Any kind of spoiled garbage. It was only on the penultimate day that one of the employees told me that everything can be paid using a QR code from Russian cards, although before that we had asked everyone about payment methods. The food is delicious, good, and varied, but that's the only plus. In general, I did not like the hotel. I will not advise you!

A hotel that Russians don't know much about. Mostly Europeans are vacationing. The hotel is clean, the renovation is pleasant. Breakfast /dinner (no all-inclusive system), drinks for dinner are paid, except water. The food is really delicious, and grilled fish and vegetables, and Japanese cuisine, and dozens of types of hot and salads, desserts. It is close to the center on foot, there are no crowds in the hotel itself. Calm and comfortable. I recommend.

But in the summer, because of such an unpleasant "trifle", I decided to refuse. Moreover, the cost of living is very high. The advantage is that all rooms have sea view. If the sea is important, then not here. Or 20 kilometers away. Or to Greece by ferry and here it is the real Aegean Sea. The Turkish coast apparently cannot withstand such buildings and overcrowding. Reception (admin) Not friendly from the word at all. You can see your mafia. The cook is good, the kitchen is good too. Due to the service, they compensate for this place with a dirty sea near their hotel. The hotel is for 2-3 days. We have a week. Well, and on to Greece.

Beautiful Charisma won my heart)) a wonderful hotel on the 1st line. A huge wellness center: massages, a salt cave, an indoor pool, a gym, saunas, a hammam - everything your heart desires! A playground for children. Wonderful restaurants. By the way, very nice prices for rumservice☝️ My room had a beautiful view of the sea😍 I didn't want to leave the balcony))) The room is excellent, spacious and modern enough. He doesn't have a huge territory, but he has everything he needs. And the location is excellent - almost in the center, 5 minutes walk to the marina, 15-20 minutes to the port along the beautiful embankment. He was perfect for me)

THERE IS NO REST HERE! Music screams all over the bay from 9 a.m. to 3 a.m.! The guests can't sleep! The hotel restaurant is located on a pier in the sea, where there are huge speakers! He's yelling at the whole bay! Neither complaints to the hotel nor to the tour operator help anything! The host party said that all the reviews from the hotel were purchased. And the smoke from the restaurant stands up to the 8th floor! I have not met such a tin and disregard for the guests yet! The staff is rude, pretends to call, decides something. Avoid this terrible hotel! Guests are not appreciated here!
