The interior is 6 out of 5! It's a very beautiful place with a fascinating view. I was also pleased with the service, the guys are very friendly and courteous. You can talk endlessly about food, and without trying all the dishes, it is difficult to judge and give a final assessment. I can only tell you what we ordered. In our obviously amateur opinion, the dishes turned out to be slightly "overdone", especially the dessert. Unfortunately, the positive aspects of our stay have come to an end. Everything written above is overlaid by children who ran around the restaurant, shouted, played and spoiled the whole impression. It got to the point where they crawled under the next table, where a couple who were not their parents were sitting. In turn, both their parents and the staff of the institution didn't care. I understand that the staff can't do anything with these children, but it was possible to at least make a remark to their parents. In general, I think this is not a place where you can bring your ill-mannered children. Otherwise, the place gives the impression of a good, decent place that you want to return to.

One of the best restaurants in Minsk today, if not the best. Great location, interior, views from the windows, atmosphere. The service is very good, attentive, caring. Beautiful serving of dishes, the menu itself is quite diverse. The best, in my opinion, French onion soup in Minsk. If you love French cuisine, with its inherent "sweetness" in all dishes, you are definitely here. Despite the fact that my wife and I are not fans of French cuisine, nevertheless, we want to return here. A strong five. Thank you.

Super interior, cool waiters, everything is fast and clear, hot food is served in 20 minutes, wine will tell you everything and prompt you, food (duck, rabbit) is excellent, dessert octopus is beautiful. It won't be very interesting with children (there is no menu for children), but we were offered to cook something separately for children. The price is above average.

I recently visited Charlie's restaurant, and it was a real gastronomic symphony! From the very threshold, we were greeted by a friendly hostess, who led us to our table with a sincere smile, creating an atmosphere of comfort and warmth. I felt like a welcome guest!
The service in the restaurant was simply amazing! Waiter Victoria showed real professionalism — she was attentive to our every wish, always ready to help and offer something special. I was impressed by her knowledge of the menu and her sincere desire to make our evening unforgettable.
When it was time to choose the wine, sommelier Katya came up to us. With her help, we chose the perfect pair for our dinner. She enthusiastically talked about each option, and I was amazed by her passion for wine. It added a special charm to our evening!
I ordered rabbit with porcini mushrooms and joux sauce, and it was just divine! The meat was incredibly tender, and the porcini mushrooms gave the dish a rich flavor. Zhu sauce became a highlight — it perfectly complemented all the ingredients, creating harmony on the plate. For dessert, I chose San Sebastian cheesecake with melted milk ice cream, and it was a real discovery! The cheesecake was creamy and airy, and the ice cream added sweetness and tenderness.
Charlie's restaurant captivated me with its level of service and the quality of the dishes. I was absolutely thrilled and I'm looking forward to coming back here again. I recommend it to everyone who appreciates the high quality of service and fine cuisine!

The coolest restaurant in Minsk. We booked in advance, as the restaurant is small, and the visit was planned on Friday evening. The hall was full, the table was waiting for us. The staff is well-trained, our waiter was extremely helpful and interesting in communication. Everything is very tasty, the original presentation. The staff tries their best to resolve any issue related to your stay in their organization.

It is amazingly delicious and atmospheric. We came to celebrate our departure from Minsk. Since we ate enough draniki in the first days :))) I wanted something memorable. Everything coincided with the proximity to the hotel and the reviews. It was clear from the way we were greeted that the evening would be wonderful. The other day, I remembered that I hadn't shared a review about this wonderful restaurant, perhaps the best location I had visited (and twice, and this fact immediately as a litmus test tacitly indicates that everything was fine the first time and will be fine the next time) during our short vacation in Minsk.
I would safely give the following verdict at once: it is obligatory for everyone to visit!
Pleasant interior, very polite and attentive service, murals and original paintings on the walls. Overall, the interior is pleasant, with the chair upholstery dominating, a bit "screaming at the guests", but the luxurious wine list presented to us at the time of the visit quickly blocked this feeling.
We were lucky, and we managed to catch a menu change, having tried dishes from both. Everything, absolutely everything we tried, was exquisite, balanced, delicious and impressive. A little later, after our visit here, I recommended him to a foreign colleague, my supervisor, who was flying to Minsk on a business trip. After visiting this location with his partners, he wrote me a message in which there was one sentence: "Es hat alle meine Erwartungen übererfüllt,". Which translates to: ..It (the restaurant) exceeded all my expectations,. You couldn't say better.

Abstract, but honestly: if the "policy" of the institution is to spoil the good mood of the guest, then there is a minus three stars from the overall review for this.
In detail: if a girl came with her thermocup and warm water with lemon in it, then this is her morning routine. And you don't have to offer her to cook what she has for her own money. He just wants to eat in a pleasant atmosphere where her mood and impression of lunch will not spoil. Doing this in the first minute of visiting a restaurant... in front of visitors and friends... is a very thoughtful "policy of the institution"
Now about the price of a sip of warm water: based on the receipt, we planned to leave about a 50p tip ($15). As a result, each of the remaining five sips cost the restaurant 10p, the lack of desire to return to all five people at the table and the negative feedback.
Now the question for the restaurant's "politicians" is, well? Was it worth it?
Further: I understand that the establishment is in decline, the waiters are tense, and the administration is desperately looking for ways to get more money out of the visitors, but selling water is so much out of the 90s and pseudo-elite restaurants of the far periphery. I don't care how much the water costs, but: a compliment from the establishment, that small and airy dessert that I praise and advertise to my friends and guests of my hometown, apologies if they are required, smiles from the waiters - this is what I did not receive, which means the place simply does not correspond to its named status. Sorry.
Conclusion: I do not recommend going here, dear ladies and gentlemen, they talk too much about "politics" here - in Minsk there are a lot of excellent establishments of the above-average category with excellent staff, cuisine and a friendly atmosphere. Oh yes - these establishments will not have to pay for sips of warm water at 10p/piece.

If you are tired of the national cuisine and want something delicious, unusual and with excellent service, then this place will suit you! Quiet, peaceful and with excellent service! The waiters are polite and unobtrusive.. The menu selection is small (compared to traditional national cuisine), but excellent quality!!! Onion soup left pleasant memories of Paris.. and the cheese pie surprised with its unusual appearance.... Everything is delicious, there is a dish of the day! A surprise for the menu is the dish of the day! although baked oysters didn't come in that day..
I recommend it!!! If possible, I will repeat the visit on occasion..

The restaurant is expensive, even pretentious to some extent, the staff is very well-trained, the waiters in white gloves came up to us every ten minutes and asked if everything was okay and if we liked everything. As soon as the glass or cup turned out to be empty, drinks were immediately topped up in them, and each hot dish was served under a lid. In general, the service was excellent, but the food turned out to be ordinary. A week after returning home from Minsk, I couldn't even remember what I ate at this restaurant. There was nothing interesting, memorable or very tasty here, except for an unusual dessert in the form of an octopus tentacle, a photo of which I am attaching.

But absolutely petty questions are unclear, such as lemon for water for money, water for 19 rubles, and so on. The service was good, but, really, you can't help but think that leaving 850 rubles in the establishment, they charge you another 100 for water and bread. I didn't lower my grade for this, but it looks like an upsale that doesn't match the level of the institution.

We organized a food tour to Minsk with our friends. We wanted to visit a high-quality establishment with high standards of service and cuisine. And they did not lose. Despite the fact that our visit came when the facade of the building was being repaired and the terrace was closed, we were delighted with every moment of our visit. We booked the table in advance, we were politely greeted, and all evening we were served by a very tactful waiter, a professional in his field, who knew perfectly well not only the dishes of the restaurant, but also warned us about the time of readiness. I have never met a more caring staff. The interior of the restaurant is simply gorgeous: from the richest emerald colors in the decoration of walls and furniture to crystal chandeliers. The kitchen certainly pleased us: delicious, beautiful, high-quality, interesting. In general, if we are in Minsk, this restaurant is our must visit!

The prices are higher than in other places, but I highly recommend having dinner or just stopping by for dessert here!
We were a passing company. We booked a table, but the plans changed and we did not have time for the agreed time. The maitre d' and the receptionist helped plan and pre-accepted the order according to the menu, so when we got to the restaurant after the performance, we were already waiting for a set table with dishes for each of the company. Bravo!

Today, 04/13/2024, my sister and I came to celebrate her birthday and I was so pleasantly impressed by the care and attentiveness of the staff, it's easy to tears. When we ordered dessert, I asked if possible to put a candle on, but since the dessert was too hard and tiny, we managed to do this. And then they brought us an additional dessert, with a candle, an inscription and made a very warm and touching speech. Thank you so much for your care and warmth to the guests. P.S.
