Yes, perhaps the best cafe for Russian speakers in Tbilisi. The prices are budget, the range is decent. Plus a large selection of alcohol, various types of spirits and local wine. Check the receipts, they counted red wine for us, instead of white in the receipt and 12 GEL more expensive.

I discovered this restaurant on my last trip. Now the list of my favorites in Tbilisi has been replenished. Excellent cuisine. So much so that I want to have breakfast, lunch and dinner there. Oh, and this chicken salad 😍
