Unfortunately, the expectations of a comfortable stay were not fulfilled. The rooms were poorly cleaned, there was no kettle in the room, and only one night towel was allocated for three people. Bed linen and towels were changed once every five days. Because of such minor moments, a vacation can be ruined. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the service.
