Nice hotel. Not the cheapest. But the room is worth it. The rooms are large, there is even a kitchenette, kettle, cutlery. A sleeping place in a separate room. Internet, TV. It's not a bad thing for a small settlement. 4 only for the view from the hotel itself, there is an abandoned building nearby. Parking is available.
