I rented a branded light-colored down jacket with accessories matching the color of the down jacket. So, the fittings have been ruined so much that you can just throw them away! All the paint had peeled off, and it wasn't protected by anything. Although I passed it last time, all the fittings were perfectly protected and nothing was damaged. True, I passed it at a different point, but the hitch is the same. Apparently, there were other employees, and not the ones who are now: not mine - it's not a pity! I've never seen worse treatment of things and clients. I think it's time for them to shut down with this approach. I'm not the only one with a negative review, I'm watching. Conclusion: if you want to ruin your favorite thing or an unloved one, you definitely need to go here!

The rental service. If you are going to take something not every day, but for example book, then leave your phone number so that you can be contacted about changing the operating mode. I wanted to take a sleeping bag, I booked it for the end of the working day to pick it up, but I arrived working until 17.00 and not until 19.00. Bummer. Leave your phone if you are not offered this, otherwise you will find yourself without these things that you expect to get at the box office.
