Excellent barbershop, Very cozy, spacious and beautiful salon. There are coloring pages for children, as well as a PlayStation with different games, it was interesting and comfortable for the child to wait. Separately, I would like to mention the receptionist, a very polite and pleasant girl, immediately offered tea and coffee. The leading barber Ilyar is a real professional, he cut the child's hair perfectly, and he really liked the result. We will definitely come again!

On March 31, I signed up my son (grandson) for the leading barber Arsen, at a price of 10 thousand (I attach a screenshot of the recording in the photo!!!!). By the way, another one, apparently to an ignorant master, had a cost of 8 thousand. The reviews for his work were excellent. We are nonresidents, we wanted to get a haircut in Almaty from a top, young master, so to speak, to be on the same wavelength with the client. I must say, we made an appointment in advance, as we were in Almaty on business and time was limited. On the appointed day, while on the road, due to traffic jams, we wrote to the administrator that we were 5 minutes late. And the admin reports day after day in Votzap that Arsen has been drafted into the army. To say that we were surprised is an understatement. It's pouring rain outside, and we're rushing to warn him that we're going to be 5 minutes late due to evening traffic jams, but by the way, we were informed that he had been drafted into the army. I thought it happened half an hour ago today and they didn't have time to warn us. What was our surprise that they took him to the army for more than a month!!! back. Instead of warning customers about an unforeseen circumstance, they stupidly deleted him from the system, as well as his entire record!!! How can that be??? The admin said that he worked for them very little, for about a week. Then where do the reviews about his work come from? The admin, and there were 2 girls, tried to convince me that we didn't sign up, then we signed up the wrong way, supposedly a message should have come to them, and so on. To which I submitted screenshots of the recording for Arsen on this particular day and at this hour. After that, they offered another master, I think Alim. We had to agree, because after the haircut we immediately had an appointment at the photo salon for a document. We simply wouldn't have had time to get to another salon. I want to emphasize once again that among the thousands of barbershops in Almaty, we chose Arsen and expected to get a haircut from him. It was our choice!!! As a result, we were offered just a free master (by the way, 3 more masters were free). He got tonsured. So, on average... he probably wasn't the leading master. They charged us 10,000 tons as the host. Although we could offer a discount as an apology. We were extremely unhappy with the haircut and the work of the admins. The mood was ruined. The wait was in vain. I do not recommend the Barbershop CB network to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
