01/21/2023 we came to the restaurant with a girl at about 13.00 and made an order (egg noodles with chicken, hot pan with beef, pho bo soup).At that time, 2 tables were occupied in the hall (we and another company). We sat for an hour, the order was not brought. Even those who came after us were served. I approached the waiter twice (a young guy), he said I will clarify your order now and left. When asked to call the administrator, he said that he could not do it and left. They left at 14.10 hungry. The order was never received and no one approached us.
