Cheburek turned out to have a modeling defect from below.
The "non-leaky" package tastes the same as the leaky one, but the cheburek does not. Alas.

I have been going to this institution since the opening. Everything was at its best: the service with a friendly girl and chebureks at the highest level, and at a pleasant price. After a while, prices rose, but uncritically, he also continued to be a regular customer. Next, the friendly cashier was replaced by a sullen girl, after whose service all appetite is lost, but the chebureks remained very tasty. And today, on 15.01.23, I was in an unpleasant mood both from the service and from the chebureks. I do not know which chef was hired, but if before the cheburek was whole, juicy and uniform, then this time I got what is in the photo. The chebureks broke through the bottom, everything leaked out and the meat with the filling ran away. The same thing happened with additives. The cheburek itself was also filled only in one direction. If you used to take mozzarella and jalapeno in extras, then you get a good portion for adequate money, and now 3 pieces of jalapeno?!
Before, when entering the food court, I definitely took a cheburek in this institution, now I think several times: is it worth it.

Since opening, I have become a regular customer of this point. I liked everything: assortment, price, normal portions and filling. But something has changed since spring. Prices went up, and not just by a couple of kopecks, but by 1.5 times. Cheburek from 3 to 4.5. Pepsi from 1.15 to 3.20. Okay this. So they scored on the quality. The filling was cut 2-2.5 times. It's a pity that the place was ruined!

Very tasty: the dough is crispy, the meat is always excellent. A large selection: with banana, with marbled beef, with fish, etc. For a regular cheburek with chicken, 3.5 rubles. It is more profitable and tastier nowhere to eat. Cheburek is served in a thermopack, which is also nice. The establishment is good, it is clear that a lot of effort has been put into its creation: design, presentation, social networks, application, large selection and quality of food. I will often eat with them, I recommend it to everyone. This is not one of the one-day establishments that appear and die on the green.

Then some kind of minced meat is smelly instead of fish , then the dough is separate from the meat in a bag , but after asking me to fry it well, they gave it to me. I noticed that each time chebureks are fried less and less. I tried it on another network and everything is fine there, but it's just some kind of horror. I'm not talking about the numerous conflicts already. Look at the photo and judge for yourself. You can clearly see how it is on the one hand, and how simply raw it is on the other. It is impossible to take the envelope even in your hands from the temperature. You sit there, waiting for it to cool down. It cools down for a long time and the cheburek falls apart.
The moral is simple: it's not enough to make yummy, you need to make it convenient. Mac doesn't make the most delicious burgers, but it makes eating them convenient. As an example.
