We've been here before, and we really liked everything. But this time it's terrible. The receptionist is incompetent, she put us at a table on which the conder drips, somehow interrogated us to transfer. The waiter has to wait a long time, a bottle of whiskey and a couple of bottles of Cola waited for more than half an hour and were received only after the third request. The food became tasteless, there wasn't even any background music for half the evening, it felt like you were sitting at the train station. A decent check came out for four of them, although in fact they did not order anything and did not receive anything. It looks like a pub, but there's only one beer left, and that's the most disgusting one. A lot of positions are missing. The service is 0, the food is 0, the atmosphere is 0, they just ruined the evening, it would have been better to choose another place.

Good evening, my husband and I are guests in Ust-Kamenogorsk. We decided to go to a good restaurant to try the local cuisine, especially we wanted to try the lamb kebab and grilled vegetables. There is a large selection of restaurants and cafes, but we were guided by the location closer to home and by reviews. As a result, we chose Chechil. The receptionist met us, sat us down at a table and gave us a menu. After waiting 10 minutes for the order to be accepted, the waiter Evgeny finally came up to us. We made an order. The beer arrived immediately, and we waited 20 minutes to 50 minutes for the food. As a result, the waiter mixed up the order, brought a shish kebab made from champignons, and not from lamb, after almost an hour... My disappointment cannot even be described in words, they did not order the barbecue again and asked for the bill and an additional 2 beers. When the waiter brought the receipt, we were surprised to find that the receipt contained not 4 glasses of beer, but 6! After a long discussion about who is right and who is to blame, they finally brought us the correct receipt. The mood was spoiled, there were no apologies or "compliments" from the restaurant, perhaps this is the order of the day for this institution.

A wonderful place, live music in the evenings, delicious food, wine is warm and stored incorrectly (it is better not to order, because of the heat it becomes sour), service is slow, additional orders are often forgotten, for 11 people the check was 130 thousand. Therefore, I think that the establishment has relatively low prices and the portions are very large. The institution has security and an administrator, it is safe and convenient, the city center, it is convenient to get in any direction. I supplement the menu: there is an additional Hookah service, very tasty, we tried a variety of shrimps, excessively showered with flavor enhancers, which in principle is not required in shrimps, already creaks on the teeth, it is better not to order, magnificent mushrooms with minced meat in teriyaki sauce, the taste is striking in its subtlety and fullness of colors, warm salads with eggplant are gorgeous.
