Nice area, close to Rustaveli metro station. There is also a bus stop nearby. There are several food establishments and a supermarket nearby. My room had a separate entrance from the courtyard, which is very convenient. But there is no refrigerator in the room, so I had to go up to the second floor, the refrigerator is at the reception. The room has a kettle, dishes, TV, air conditioning. If you check in early in the morning or late in the evening, you must be warned in advance and tell the exact time, because the administrator is at the hotel only during the day (I do not remember the exact hours), not around the clock.
