The hostel is on 3. It's for parties. There is a pub on the third floor. You can't hear much music as such. You can hear the footsteps on the stairs and the roommates themselves slamming the door when they drink. Sometimes someone stomps like an elephant on purpose. I think they are their own employees. I think this is not respect. I ordered beer from them, but it turned out that they didn't have any snacks for beer. Mostly Europeans stay. The women's room is a mess. There is a table, no chairs. The room is small. The advantages include free breakfasts and nearby attractions.
