Aeroyoga is a salvation for the spine! I have been looking for a sport for a long time that will bring relief from back pain, as well as such aesthetic pleasure from the possibilities of the human body! After a month, the muscles became very taut, and most importantly, they gained the strength to lift their weight, which is no small thing. I have been practicing for the 4th month in Chekhov Reformer on aeroyog and I feel light and energetic all day long! Thanks to Arina and Anastasia, Excellent coaches! I want to point out that the entire squad at Chekhov Reformer is excellent. I have tried different classes, I am very glad that this opportunity is given, and I have already been able to choose what suits my body exactly. Life without back pain is worth a lot!
