Good attitude to customers. We placed an order at 17:30-17:45. We called ourselves to clarify whether the order was accepted at about 18:20. They replied that they would call back within 5 minutes 15 minutes before closing, they called again to clarify about the order, we were assured that the courier had left. As a result, there is no delivery and a ruined evening.

We were in this pizzeria, the desire to visit this institution no longer arises, we ordered a pizza 40 cm, brought 30 cm, when asked by the staff what kind of pizza is 30 or 40 cm, they said 30, and really replaced it with 40 cm, and the pizza was delicious, plus, they also ordered cheese sticks and Caesar salad, cheese the chopsticks suck, the cheese does not stretch and is generally kind of strange, and Caesar was served with soy sauce, this is of course nonsense at all, and the salad in it was dead with black edges, I have not seen this anywhere, I do not recommend this institution by the way at all!!

A cozy clean interior, comfortable sofas around granite tables, good dishes, the view from the windows is pleasing, in short, for a small company of 4-6 people, the most necessary thing is to hold children's parties, the atmosphere corresponds and creates a good mood. The choice of pizza is diverse, besides it, the originality of salads is also pleasing. Prices for everything, of course, bite, but as a consolation, you can get a bonus free pizza at a certain order price. The young, handsome, polite and humorous staff quickly and unobtrusively sets the table, pours drinks. In 15 minutes. waiting for the main course to be ready, you can whet your appetite with juices, a salad and a pleasant conversation. Windows facing south and east, arrivals are unlikely . . .

We took mushroom soup, hodgepodge and compote. The hodgepodge was terrible. Regarding the mushroom soup, I was told that it looked like it had been on the plate for a long time, and before serving it to us, it was simply heated in the microwave. The expression on the faces of the staff reminded me of a canteen in the Soviet Union... the only thing I liked was compote.

I used to like the pizzeria, but after 2014 the service began to decline inexorably. Since then, there has been no desire to return.

It's terrible, they ordered for a fairly large amount, dessert, too sweet, nuggets are shit, but that's okay, it's forgivable, a cake, namely a honey cake, alas, there were no other cakes available...so the honey cake did not justify...the place is outdated...as they say, a salid eatery...what is in Bogdan Khmelnitsky street that is in Makeyevka is not of high quality... think 7 times before going there, oh yes, the plates for the pizza were actually put in a pile, although they are obliged to put them in front of each guest... the pizza is not bad by the way, that's all.

The pizza is weak: budget ingredients, not very tasty dough, sliced tomatoes spread into a shapeless slush during baking. The staff is slow. The interior has not been updated since the opening.

You guys used to work better. The menu on the table is in terrible shape.banal files. The order-pizza, coffee and juice - was carried to the child for more than half an hour. I asked for the juice not cold-for the child, they brought it superheated. The girl at the checkout is sullen, there is no friendly interface. We have visited you many times, this time for the first time there was no desire to say thank you at the exit. You don't try, you didn't notice the respect for the client. Don't expect to visit 100% for the next six months, and then we'll see.
