It is a very comfortable park for tourists, just couples and children, there is a small cafe. It offers an incredible view of the Caspian Sea. Definitely for a visit

Nice park on the slope. There are benches/sun beds where you can look at the sea and relax from climbing the stairs to this park. At the very top there is a small playground and something like a cafe.
