Already on the second day the first balloon fell, on the morning of the third day there was not a single flying balloon!!!! I ordered 30 latex balloons with helium, 10 regular ones, 2 foil ones. The impression of communication and delivery is very good, promptly fast)! But also quickly the impression descended from the ceiling to the floor). The man who organized the set caught the beauty of flying clouds only for one evening. The next morning, the gaze was aimed not at the ceiling, but at the floor, where a sea of blue balls was observed. If there were no labels on the site "with processing", there would be no claim. And so ........ Initially I was very dissatisfied, I wanted to put some units everywhere in the reviews. But after it cooled down,.... I ask you to pay the owner's attention to the process of processing the balls, maybe someone is filleting, and you take a dime for it. Thanks for the set itself! And for the delivery.

The worst service I've ever used. I placed and paid for the order 3 days before the delivery date, indicated the time, address, all possible contacts of the recipient and mine (the customer)...so that everything is clear and there are no difficulties with delivery. As a result, no one delivered anything at the appointed time.... I call the phone on the website, but they don't answer... I called several times within an hour - no response, completely ignored. I am writing to the girl Kristina, who accepted the order, and I am trying to find out the status of the order, where it is, why it was not delivered, and whether the recipient was contacted - again, I ignore it... feelings just go into the abyss without an answer.... I'm calling TG, Kristina is online and resets calls!! Resets! Then he writes in response to the messages: We can't contact the courier, we don't know where your order is - super! Excellent customer orientation! About an hour later, they say, "we agreed, we'll deliver it in an hour."... 2 hours pass and there is no delivery. "Oh, we didn't make it in time and now the recipient is gone."... I don't understand what could be easier... to assemble the order in advance, pre-call the recipient and deliver on time, and if something doesn't work out, then at least explain the reason and make every effort to fix the situation, but you choose to Ignore it. Yes, and communication in the style of "we have a lot of workload, and you're here with your questions." I asked you to unsubscribe upon delivery, which is also a complete zero. Disgusting, I highly recommend not contacting here.
