I recently visited the Cherry clothing store and, unfortunately, was extremely disappointed. At first I was positive, but everything changed when I ran into a consultant. She behaved rudely and indifferently, as if she was completely uninterested in me. Instead of helping with the choice, she just waved it off, pretending to correct it. When I asked a few questions about the size and quality of the fabrics, she looked at me as if I was distracting her from an important matter. I felt uncomfortable and out of place. This attitude towards customers is absolutely unacceptable! After this incident, I lost the desire to buy anything in this store. I know for a fact that I will never go to Cherry again. If you value good service and respect for customers, I recommend looking for alternatives.

Very beautiful clothes, but the tailoring is often bad. The purchased 2 products, as a result, turned out not to meet expectations (the zipper sticks strongly on some products, and after purchase it takes a very long time to remove the threads sticking out from everywhere). After such an experience, the desire to buy clothes disappeared for a while. I confess, it is really very beautiful, but unfortunately not of high quality.

We visited this store today. We entered at 18:34. The girl closed the door behind us. And she informed us that they were closing in 6 minutes, that is, she asked us to "leave, to put it mildly," and this was 20 minutes before closing!!! I worked in clothing stores myself. And I know that we work until the last client. But they never allowed themselves to be treated like that. And there are super-arrogant salesmen in your store who want to get out of work faster and they don't give a damn that they are the face of your company! Once again, I will travel to the other side of the city than to this branch!!!! Disgusting attitude towards customers!!! And believe me, I will not be too lazy to tell all my friends and acquaintances about your employees!!!
