When asked about the availability of spare parts, I honestly replied, on the whole it was not bad that they did not have mudguards. On the same day, a representative of the salon called me, assuring me that mudguards are on order, delivery time is 1 day, we will set when you like. I signed up for 02.02.2024 at 16.00. 01.02.2024 they called me, reminding me about tomorrow's repair, moreover, an SMS reminder came. Today 02.02.2024, arriving at the car complex, I found out that mudguards are not available, moreover, no one ordered them, and the manager who worked with me suddenly went on vacation. Well, I appreciated the joke. This kind of gags is the order of the day here. At the previous one, they could not fix the problems with the radio, referring to the fact that it is Chinese and such people have not lived for more than a year - although they themselves sold it to me and installed it. I fixed it myself using YouTube - I didn't even have to disassemble it. Previously, I stopped by them for new tires - they replied that they were not available, because they no longer produce such a car.
