Terrible service! The car was returned in a dirty condition after washing: the trunk was not cleaned at all, dust and stains remained in the cabin, the mats were barely wiped. For that kind of money, I expected normal quality, but I got the feeling that the car hadn't even been properly touched. I don't recommend this sink to anyone. When asked why the trunk wasn't cleaned, they said oh, I didn't know how to open it.

I've been to the car wash 4 times. There is no live queue, everything is by appointment. You can find the manager from the back of the building entrance. The usual sink, it was poorly vacuumed a couple of times, the drying is so-so, the seams are not blown with air. Average guy. They have washing as an additional service, so you can't expect any quality, you don't always have everything from chemistry either, you couldn't blacken the rubber, there was no water stone treatment, there was no liquid wax, ordinary shampoo. If you are ready to put up with some shortcomings, you can go. If you want a perfect quality job, then this is not the place. In the Partizanskaya metro area, the sinks are much better and of better quality. In Loshice, all the car washes are like that.

I come back in an hour and a half, the car has already been kicked out, I pay, go to the car, and the paint was stripped off in two places. I call one of the employees, show him the places where the paint was torn off, and he says to me: "This means that you had a problem, our cleaners do not look at every centimeter of your car, warn next time." And that's all, he added only that the primer is zinc, the car will not rust and left. And for me, this is already minus the money from the sale of cars. Another disadvantage is that they did not dry the charging port and did not ask me what to do with it, but drove the car out of the box immediately onto the street and my charging port froze (after all, an electric car ), it's good that I have a garage and it thawed overnight. Another interesting point, I ordered the blackening of rubber, but it was not done. And I was reproached for not telling the cleaner what to do. But then they did it anyway 😂 I wrote to them in Yandex. Direct, the girl first offered to come to fix the joints, and then a discount on the sink. Which I also successfully refused.
