I would definitely not return to this place a second time. The staff absolutely does not understand what they are doing – the simplest order is taken almost by dictation. I had to stand in line twice: the 1st time to place an order, and the 2nd time to pay (why not accept payment immediately?). The food does not cause any special emotions, but, for the sake of fairness, it fully justifies its cost. If you want delicious food, you definitely don't come here, and if you grab something quickly, it's quite suitable (only it's unlikely to work quickly).

This tale is about the Sunday afternoon hour. The order in the hall was taken by a ruddy-cheeked youth, who, either out of ignorance, or stupidity, forgot that the waiting time was 30 minutes, but somehow it was boring, maybe for simple, working people, and that it was necessary to warn about such troubles before taking a coin. However, for a long time or short, but we came to try our luck, and find out if the cook deigned to give us 4 overseas sandwiches, and chickens with potatoes, during this period of time (not modest) to collect. And that young man presented us with a cherished bag. Lo and behold, we are in a bag, and it turned out to be magical. And instead of four sandwiches, there was only one in it. Then we turned to the young man in perplexity and he said fussily, "oh, they're still collecting the order there, but I didn't notice, wait a little longer.." and again we began to wait, five more minutes passed from those 30 minutes, and they brought us the magic bag again. And she said the cherished number, the girl, in an angelic voice ... (seriously, what kind of nonsense is this? yes, you are unhappy with this scoreboard with orders, it's a mockery of people, you sit and wonder if your order was mumbled there or not and how many people are in front of you at all)... And so we looked into the bag again and again there was not enough but one burger and we were very angry then, and asked us not to use obscene words in the walls... And of course, I would like not to express myself when the attitude was human, but at least the service is average. And so, of course, it's very sad, they almost cheated twice, and as a result, half of the order was covered with a crust of ice, or maybe this is what they urgently reported to us in the order, I do not know. The mood was spoiled, sad and not tasty. That's the end of the fairy tale.

Hello! I want to leave a review regarding your staff. I work in the next building and took out the trash on 30.06.2021 at 17.30. One trash can was completely clogged, as was the second, but there was already garbage near the second trash can (as I believe it is the trash of your establishment). It seemed to me that it would be appropriate to put your trash next to it. I walked away a little bit, when suddenly a guy (your employee) starts yelling after me: "Girl, girl." I didn't understand what it was for me and went on. He keeps yelling, "Girl, girl, I'm telling you, stop, turn around!" I turned around and he starts yelling at me even louder: "Where did you put the trash?" Firstly, why "you", and secondly, why raise your voice to a girl? I replied to him in a calm tone that I had put the garbage where the other one was. And he shouted at me even louder, saying: "Do you know that this is a private territory?! Get your trash out!" I asked him, "What right do you have to talk to me like that? Why are you poking me?" As a result, I cleaned up my garbage, but it wasn't difficult for me to do it initially. In the end, I called him a brute, because I was offended to tears, but he replied to me: "I'm not one, because I just yelled at you." Do you think this is the appropriate behavior of a catering employee?
I like your place, but after that I never set foot there, which is a pity.

I was passing through Slutsk, I decided to eat in the most rated place :)
guys, no offense, but by ordering the most expensive burger (or so, big cheese or something. about 8 rubles), it was about the size of a big mac, the sauce was very sorry, the edges of the rolls, about a centimeter from each edge, were without sauce, the bun was falling apart.
It's not even serious to use ketchup and mustard as a sauce: (
the potatoes (in a rustic way) were very strangely fried. Either the oil has not been changed for a very long time, or the potatoes were fried for a long time, but they came out very dry, burnt, with a sharp buttery taste. I didn't finish the small package - I couldn't, it really tasted bad.
A huge plus for a separate room, it's nice to be inside, but you really need to work on the menu.
