I was in Chico in Moscow. I flew to Astana in Kazakhstan. Chico is the same here as in Moscow Time: atmospheric, friendly and hospitable. The dishes are brought quickly, hot (or cold, if there is such a serving). A couple of differences: it is much more spacious: we sat down with a group of 8 people at a table and without crowding.
