Cool vacation , we visit there every winter in February, I really like that they have a sauna and Jacuzzi, you can always cook shish kebab or pilaf or whatever you want to cook over a campfire or on a barbecue, the house is very warm, there is a huge table for a large company, 3 floors and + places to relax in the attic , and another thing that was very nice to notice is that it's always very clean!!! I recommend it 100 percent, and the last thing I want to say is that they have a person (responsible) at their base who will always help and show you what will make your vacation much easier, have a happy vacation!!!!)))))

We rented a large house (manor) for 4 days in August 2024. Family: 2 adults, 2 children. The territory is awesome, its access to the water, free saps - it's all great. But, unfortunately, there were many factors that really ruined the trip. One of them is the attitude of the owners of the house themselves... We are actually simple people, we also have a cottage and a house in the village, we know and understand what nature is. But, hordes of spiders up to 5cm in size, which simply took over the big house, made an unforgettable contribution to this trip. Of course, we are aware that these spiders are not dangerous...BUT that doesn't change the fact that they are very unpleasant. By definition, children are afraid of them due to their age and rich imagination. It's just because there are an incredible number of them everywhere, everywhere at all. Cobwebs covered every corner, every window, every doorway - and this is no exaggeration. Under the tables, between the legs of the chairs, in the bathrooms, the whole outdoor gazebo in a circle under the roof, an enclosed gazebo is also everywhere. It's especially disgusting, of course, in the evening, when they all get out and crawl. Willy-nilly, on the second day, each of us walked and looked around, I don't say anything about the girls at all. So paranoia and arachnophobia can be easily earned by everyone ((( As a result, instead of resting, I walked around the house 2-3 times a day with a broom and a vacuum cleaner and cleaned cobwebs/ killed spiders, and this is without any exaggerations. Given that the house is rented to guests, and spiders are easy to get here - you need to monitor this, monitor it constantly and regularly, and handle it regularly. Now about the house, I understand perfectly well that wear and tear is a natural process, but you also need to work with it. I'll just list what we've encountered.: - drawers in the rooms do not open, do not close, or slide out and just fall down, which makes it impossible to use them properly. - cabinets creak terribly - in the shower room on the second floor, the upper slope falls off at the entrance - the stove in the kitchen: one stove is basically not working, the rest of the gas is running or not - the refrigerator is set up strangely, or it needs to be properly defrosted, because it simply freezes food all over the walls (I have several eggs frozen to ice on the door) - the barbecue grills are all black and dead - either they need to be cleaned regularly, or replaced, or they need to be told that people would come with their own - our friends came here in the winter of 2023, damaged the wall, of course, they paid for the damage... but they were not eliminated... and all the other guests end up watching them... - the bridges on the river are very unsafe, the boards are rotten and falling through, I just forbade the children to go out on them. - the trampoline must be stable and level: it is tilted and the whole body is shaking. - the playground (swings, slides) is also full of cobwebs and spiders, as a result, the children did not really play there. - the declared sauna/steam room burned down a year and a half ago, on August 24th it was not even partially restored, we only found out about it upon arrival at the place. - by the time we checked in, the pool was dirty, only on the 2nd day of our stay it was washed and filled with water, respectively, it did not warm up and we could not swim properly. There are a lot of tools on the market now to keep pools clean and natural throughout the summer season (we have the same pool, and both children and adults swim almost every day in the summer, we know from our experience) - but this is not being done. Once again, I understand perfectly well the degree of wear and tear due to the fact that there are a lot of people coming and they are different due to weather/natural conditions... It's not an easy task to keep such a house in order, but since it's a business, it's all necessary. As adults and adequate people who came to rest in the first place, of course, we tried not to attach great importance to all this, but we couldn't help but see it at all))) Separately, we would like to express our deep gratitude to Yuri (the local gardener/business manager) - he is a wonderful assistant who came to our aid at any moment, did everything that was necessary, prompted, showed us something. At the same time, he remained completely invisible. I have attached photos of both local magnificent views and wonderful territory, as well as spiders (mostly screenshots from the video, because the video can not be uploaded here, so the quality is so-so)

We were there a long time ago, and now we're sitting here and remembering! And we decided to write a review! Let's start with the pros: our company, the weather, the atmosphere. That's it! We washed the house, we washed the cauldron! The owners live on the territory, the sick children played with ours, we took the children home with a fever! One child went to turn off the Wi-Fi on purpose because our kids were playing on the phone, he didn't like it! And most importantly, guys, if you come from far away and don't know this place, you bring food with you (there are no potatoes, carrots, or meat! The nearest store sells vodka and deep freeze), there is nothing to buy there, you need to travel far, take care of this in advance, especially if you are eating with children. Well, one more plus, my husband caught Crayfish right on the shore, and got two catfish. And the main disadvantage is that the neighbor walks like he's going to his own house, he's got his hands full! Or rather, the head, did not like our answer that the owner is not in our house, which we rented, and the owner left the house that we rented, the guest got his head in the nose! But the neighbor did not lose his head and received a reply, the owner pulled apart, apologized! But the point doesn't change! This shouldn't be happening.

Of the advantages : - not expensive; -amazing nature; -cool sauna with Jacuzzi; -room equipment (forks, spoons, tiles, pots, stove, refrigerator); -good feedback from the hostess. Of the minuses: the "house for two", in fact turned out to be apartments with a separate entrance from the house where the owners live, in the morning you can hear the TV, conversations and trampling from above and from the side through the wall. I will also note the extremely smelly bedding on the bed. The most important disadvantage was the noise from the main farmstead, in particular the rumbling music from morning to night. In fact, you rent a house for two and want to use everything that is on the territory, and those who rented the main house look at you as poor relatives, occupy two barbecues, the entire territory and "delight" the ear with bass music.

Rested in the estate Chigirinskoe suburb this fall, families with children. Our whole company was very pleased with the chosen place. A very large house, 5 bedrooms + extra beds for children and I note, without additional surcharges, although there is experience when children are charged as an adult. Furniture, furnishings in the house - everything is very cozy and homey. There are huge sofas for relaxing, a banquet hall, a kitchen with all the dishes. There is no feeling that you are in a hotel. Nature is gorgeous. The house has access to the water, the view from the windows is fascinating. A gazebo with a fireplace is the very thing in autumn! But I would like to note separately - this is a sauna with a Jacuzzi and a vat! Everything is very well thought out and beautiful! We dream of coming back soon again! Good afternoon. I stopped as a business trip. And I got a luxurious evening in a resort place. The room is in a separate block from the main house. A luxurious terrace with sun loungers. The room is a double room with a large bed, neat and clean. There is a 32-diagonal TV on the wall. The bathroom is pleasant and functional. Hot water. Clean towels are everywhere. There are all the cutlery. The refrigerator is working. You can take meat and vegetables for grilling and cook a good dinner on the estate's grills. Barbecues with lids and cauldrons. There are coals and firewood in the manor. The room has air conditioning. The manager, Yuri, is a wonderful cook and a responsive organizer. The phone was picked up from the site almost immediately and an order was placed for the number very quickly. The price corresponds to the level of service. Separately, I would like to note the quality of sleep in this manor. I fell asleep at ten in the evening, woke up at nine in the morning. I haven't slept so deeply and sweetly for a long time. It was very quiet. Nature is of indescribable beauty. The bite is good. This place is really about rest. I will definitely come there with my family for a couple of days.

From the moment we entered the estate, we were surrounded by an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility. Beautifully decorated recreation areas, cozy rooms and the care of the owners Tatiana and Alexander immediately created a feeling of comfort and tranquility. The landscapes around the estate are simply fascinating - picturesque fields, forest expanses and a reservoir create a magnificent backdrop for relaxing and walking in the fresh air. I can't help but mention the delicious dishes from @katerig.prof. Exquisite delicacies and dishes of national cuisine pleased our taste buds, and the service was at the highest level. The first impression is that they are not preparing for the arrival of new guests. That's how the previous ones left, so everything remains. I hope the underwear was new. There is no toilet or hand basin on the street. The territory is a passageway, neighbors walk as if on their own site, they can enter the house. The children of the owners have no understanding of personal space at all. The absence of a normal store turned out to be very unpleasant and what we were not ready for at all. There wasn't even a potato in my ear. Take everything with you: barbecue and meat, vegetables, herbs, disposable dishes. The main thing is to have a positive attitude and try not to pay attention to the negative aspects. It is more pleasant in the sauna than in the house. Our company liked the place very much. The house is large, there were 10 adults and 4 children. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, appliances, dishwasher. On the street there is a barbecue, a cauldron, firewood. I really liked the bath tub!!! We recommend you to try it! The kids couldn't get out of the Jacuzzi either. And the water in it is 38 degrees! But as everywhere there are disadvantages : There is no normal grill, it is there, but it is worth refining, there are no grates for frying meat, they are there, but they have been used hundreds of times, take your own. Dangerous stairs on the floors. It is necessary to carefully clean the house, a lot of cobwebs on the ceiling, small debris in the corners, remove broken toys from the boxes, more than half of them. On the 1st floor, it is not clear how the shower cabin works, and specifically to remove the hardest thing-the kitchen! Partially unwashed dishes, after the last guests, forgotten potatoes in the microwave. Everything is at a decent level, but these little things spoil the impression of the house. I especially liked the glass wool insulation near the playground at the time of our arrival there. By the way, the bottle of Whiskey is still missing))) ... The beach is on the principle of Turkey or Egypt. Who took the chaise longue earlier... the hostess with the guests or you. You can dance or sing until 23, the police allegedly arrive later, but this did not prevent the owners from actively spending the weekend. We don't) They even became friends with the spider Larisa. They were fed with dead hornets. By the way, the nest is located under the roof of the house. When asked to take action, we were answered - so it's nature ... the location of the zones is extremely unclear. Barbecue in the middle of the pool and "Japanese". It would have been fine, but the pool was fragrant. The declared trampoline and a place for a bonfire have not been found in a week. Someone else's naked adult child on the beach embarrassed our daughters. The furniture got tired a couple of years ago. But we don't) Thanks to our friends for the rest, without them, the vacation spent in the Chigirinsky Suburb would have turned out to be "NOTHING"!

We rested for six days in a very large company. After reading the negative reviews, we were not upset much, but believe me, we did not regret for a second that we came to this wonderful place. Yes....the owners and their children live on the territory of the estate. This did not interfere with our rest in any way. The kids are so well-mannered, they never approached us without our permission. Yes....there are still working guys living on the territory of the estate, believe me, they also absolutely did not interfere with us. When we had any questions, they were happy to solve our problem.We have been going on vacation abroad for many years and believe me, we have something to compare it with. If we had come to the estate for the kind of money we give for vouchers, then maybe we could have found fault with something.Guys.we came to relax in nature......It is a very huge, beautiful and green area, there is a pier nearby, there are a lot of sun loungers (I don't understand how they could be missed???). Water attractions, we were also pleased, a boat with a motor is something super!!!The catamaran was free, we all rode for fun. I was pleasantly surprised by the gift from the hosts, for the entire time of our stay, we had 2 birthdays and a Japanese barrel was given to us as a gift. Tatiana, the owner of the estate, thank you very much for such a warm welcome, we really liked everything, we will be happy to return again.I never thought that we could have such a great vacation in Belarus. And the guys who rested for 10 days and then poured so much dirt on the manor and the mistress of the manor.......maybe you chose the wrong company? And you just got bored with each other? We rested in this place with several families + children, what can I say.... 1. Upon arrival, I saw a man I didn't know who was frying a barbecue on the grill, as it turned out later, this is one of the 2 workers who live on the estate and perform various jobs.(Building, mowing, fishing from the pier, etc. ) 2. Also, it is not written anywhere that the Owners with 3 children live on the territory and guests come to them from time to time....they can sunbathe on the beach, swim, ride a scooter or bike, have a party with light music on the beach and just move freely around the territory for which we paid and came to spend time and relax with our company.... 3. The entire vacation was spent exterminating Hornets, whose nest is located under the roof directly above the recreation area near the house. After comments about this problem, no action was taken by the owners. The blinds on the windows are broken in the attic, when trying to close the window, Hornets repeatedly flew into the room, and 3 children lived there, by the way!!! 4. A bunch of all possible flaws in the house itself, a loose pier on the ground floor, dust, dirt....the house was obviously not much prepared for our arrival. The toilet on the 3rd floor does not close, cracked trays in the shower cabins.....because of this, water flowed through the gas stove on the floor below!! The furniture is obviously tired. 5.One fine morning, going down to the kitchen, where there is a toilet and a laundry room, we saw one of the workers....He was taking his things out of the washing machine.I think this is not appropriate, since he should not have been in the house at all!!! 6. There were broken boards on the pier and large holes where the foot of one of our children fell through, as well as the child of the owners got into it, I think it's not safe at all!!! From + this location: Not a bad green area Deck chairs Foot shower at the exit from the beach P.s Dear hosts, you need to keep an eye on your business and be honest with your guests, and not just mow the loot and have nothing to do with the existing shortcomings.

HORROR, GOD FORBID ANYONE TO HAVE SUCH A REST The estate is in terrible condition. The owners live on the territory in the number of 6 people + 2 workers who also live on the territory (we were not warned about this and nothing is said in the contract), guests regularly come to the owners and arrange noisy parties, but we wanted to relax!!!! The owners are doing everything to spoil the rest!!! In case of a loud rest, they threaten to call the police.... They relax, sunbathe a couple of meters from the vacationers, turn on the music loudly and when you ask them to turn it down, they are very unhappy. The house is not cleaned, the house needs repair (wallpaper is torn off, skirting boards, furniture is falling apart), spiders in every room, a nest of hornets under the roof. The photos on the site do not correspond to reality!!! All previous reviews were written by the owners. It is a pity that not a cheap vacation was ruined. After rolling through the water, we found many beautiful estates, take a closer look at the selection of the estate. We do not recommend this estate to anyone.
