I've been going to this studio for over a year. The receptionists are always very friendly, offering tea/coffee/water. You can sign up online, the masters are good, I have been wearing manicures for 3-4 weeks. There was a situation when the nail broke off on day 3, the administrator very quickly found a free window, agreed with me to come if possible, redid the nail for free, everything is fine. Thank you so much for your hard work.

Offering to redo the service when I am already in another country. After numerous messages from me and ignoring some messages, they decided to give me a 30% discount. Thanks, but keep it to yourself. It's not about money or discounts, but about attitude and communication. The impression and trust in this place is extremely spoiled.
