I visited the Chic salon, decided to leave a review about the visit. It is very convenient to make an appointment for the time you need online, a nice girl meets you, offered tea and coffee. The interior of the cabin is stylish, cool, pleasant and sincere service in 4 hands. Masters Julia and Yana are super. Everything is done professionally and neatly, I really enjoyed visiting the salon. I recommend it to everyone and will come again.

Six months ago, one of the masters of this salon ruined my nails, which caused bumps and dimples on my nails. Now the nails have almost grown back, but they have begun to break. I asked the master to partially grow nails and strengthen them, which is done in other salons without problems, here they did not observe the technology of extension, they threw cakes on the nails and that's it. I'm not going to this salon anymore. If you look at the photos of most of the rave reviews here, you can see the poor-quality work of the masters

Communicate in conflict situations with clients. Offering to redo the service when I am already in another country. After numerous messages from me and ignoring some messages, they decided to give me a 30% discount. Thanks, but keep it to yourself.
It's not about money or discounts, but about attitude and communication. The impression and trust in this place is extremely spoiled.

I do not recommend master Julia the Pure, rude, not pleasant-looking master. She damaged the nail plate with a cuticle remover, without even apologizing. The answer followed: your cuticle is strongly pressed against the plate, which you wanted, and it will be.... As a result, my toenail hurt under the coating all day. I made inappropriate comments. I asked for advice on coverage, and the answer was, "Choose."I was not satisfied with the quality of the work done with a more detailed examination of the nails.

I did a manicure with a coating of ordinary varnish. I was dissatisfied with the service, since less than a day after the manicure, the coating looks like this (in the photo). There was no point in varnishing such a low quality at all.
The master and the admin were nice, the interior was nice too, but I won't be coming back.

What can I say about this salon...The prices in the price list are not valid (If 47 with withdrawal is indicated, the result is 52 rubles, and this does not even compare with the capital.I went for a pedicure to master Daria, so far, I can't say anything bad, but a manicure with alignment leaves much to be desired...It seems that the master works stupidly for a while, constantly touched his nails, no alignment, through one with bumps...but then it gets more interesting ...Almost every nail is stiff, I understand 1 or 2 more (I am a master myself, but due to injury I cannot do it myself), as a result, alignment with French lasted a week, and the money was not small for such a service

Посещала услуги по маникюру. Была на 9-м месяце беременности, через неделю мне рожать, а мастер принял меня, имея вирусное заболевание всем известное, а не остался дома. Я сначала подумала, что она пот под маской вытирает, т.к. я тоже мастер и знаю, что такое работать в маске. А оказывается, она вытирала сопли и потом такими руками дальше мне все делала. Через час подходит администратор и не стесняясь спрашивает: "Ну как ты?", а мастер ей в ответ: "Я уже задолбалась работать, пойду на больничный" (время 11 утра). И тут мне поплохело, потому что я поняла, что она вытирала не пот, а сопли, потом стала очень сильно и бронхитно кашлять. И все мастера, проходящие мимо, периодически сморкались и говорили в нос. Я, конечно, досидела до конца, т.к. о болезни узнала, когда уже половину покрытия сделали. Но у них ничего внутри даже не екнуло, видно же было, что беременная на сносях пришла. Итог: через несколько часов мне стало плохо, жутко болело горло, я никогда так жестко не болела, как в тот раз! Впервые за 3 года я заболела! И болела я очень долго, это дало серьезные осложнения, которые по сей день спустя год мне аукаются. Цены в салоне выше среднего, но я клиент, который готов платить и больше за качество, стерильность и приятную атмосферу, а еще за безопасность, ведь если мастера так жестко болеют, а какой безопасности для клиента может идти речь, тем более, беременного. Еще мне очень не нравилось, что администратор постоянно был над душой, подходила к столам и о ерунде разговаривала с мастерами. Хочется какого-то личного пространства. А после процедуры, не спросив, не спешу ли я куда-то, начинают долго снимать контент для Инстаграма, так было каждых несколько раз, когда я приходила. Пока настроят свет, подберут ракурс...на мои слова о том, что я спешу, мне сказали: "Это займет всего 5 минут!" Я все понимаю, но о таком нужно спрашивать хотя бы ради приличия, меня возмутило именно то, что с моим мнением никто не посчитался. Потеряли клиента, а можно было по-человечески отнестись к беременной и сказать, что мастер заболел, я бы все поняла и оценила этот поступок.
