On 12/26/25 at 10:30 a.m., a 5-year-old child had his first haircut, the impression was unpleasant, the specialist (I don't know the name) was in no mood, did not hide it, was not child-oriented, and practically did not communicate with her. The haircut went fine, we just trimmed the ends, everything is ok. But on the way out, I asked about the vacation, the child wants to braid pigtails for the doctor, the hairdresser told the receptionist that "the girl has very sparse and thin hair," the receptionist politely told me about the possible options. I would like to ask the administration to explain to your hairdresser that it is unacceptable to speak like that in front of a child - she heard everything and was very upset. It is not necessary to form complexes for children, everyone has different hair and this is normal, the same information could have been presented in a different way, given that the child hears it. And a children's hairdresser is not only a car seat, cartoons, cookies, but, first of all, careful attitude and respect for small customers. It is a pity that we have to refuse to visit a hairdresser in a location convenient for us, given our unfavorable experience.

A very cool hairdresser, especially the masters, it's just a class. I've had my hair cut there many times and every time it's beautiful. At the end of the haircut, they give me a carrot according to the theme of the season, but it's a little stuffy there, but for the sake of a haircut, I recommend going there (children 0-17 years old)
