A chic and very unusual place that can conquer not only young visitors, but also adults!Last year we took the children there and rode the steam train!
Just a couple of weeks ago, we decided to visit this wonderful place again, the Ayrenik station with a steam train!☺️
We saw a depressing picture - everything is abandoned!!! Teenagers are not shy about either us or other visitors like us, literally - they fuck this cute train, knock out the last windows, as I understand it, in order to cut off a couple of kilograms of copper wires with subsequent scrap!To be honest, my heart ached - it's just a pity!!!

I don't even know what grade to give. I came across a park with a railway road by accident. The view is very deplorable, more suitable for filming horror films. It's a pity for the former beauty and the idea of a children's railway is good... was. The city does not even have money for the maintenance of the building built under the Soviet Union. And the river is nearby, into which all the city's drains are drained... And once upon a time, according to the project of the chief architect of the city, it was supposed to be a place of outdoor recreation for all citizens and guests...

Unfortunately, I did not read the review before visiting. When we came to the "entrance" offered by Yandex, there was a garbage dump nearby, broken asphalt, and scattered garbage could be seen down the slope. Abandoned carousels and uncut grass were visible from below, and dogs could be heard barking. I was afraid to go down there with the child even, in case the dogs attack. We were hoping to see a working road.

I'm writing what I saw. There are rusty rails, broken wagons, a motionless diesel locomotive and destroyed stations. The rails are attached along the Hrazdan River. There is a tunnel marked with the year 1956. Apparently, it used to be very cool and beautiful.

The place is in desolation, but you can see (draw in imagination) how beautiful it was once. On weekends, in good weather, the train operates. Tickets cost 400 drams per person. A train of two trailers is sent without a schedule as soon as there is at least some filling.

It's a very sad sight. We wanted to go for a ride but got into a post-apocalyptic world. The atmosphere is insanely entourage, but it is clear that everything has been running for 5 years and continues to fall apart. I can't imagine how it can be restored and who will do it. Although there are also pockets of devastation all over the city.

Атмосферное место, очень нравится гулять вдоль железной дороги и далее по набережной. Самое протяжённое парковое место для прогулок в Ереване.
Вчера днём видели в траве сухой большую змею, будьте осторожны!

Полузаброшенный аттракцион на любителя. Летом очень живописно, много деревьев. Во время поездки на поезде можно срывать шелковицу с веток, по пути. Дети в восторге.

Странное место для посещения, впустую потраченное время👎
- вся территория либо заброшенная, либо полузаброшенная;
- на самом поезде прокатиться удовольствие тоже так себе: поезд и вагончики старые (не старинные!), всё облезлое, дизельный двигатель коптит беспощадно;
- по банковской карте билеты не купить, только за наличные;
- в здание жд вокзала вроде заходить запрещено, но это и явно опасно в силу аварийности здания;
- вдоль речки прогуливаться неинтересно: всё вокруг не обустроено, везде мусор
