We booked apartments on Papanina 3 for two days, we were pleasantly surprised that the photo corresponds to reality! Because often everything is beautiful in the picture, but in life it leaves much to be desired. Upon check-in, we immediately noticed the cleanliness and order, it was clear that the apartments were really prepared for our arrival! I can't help but be pleased with the price/quality ratio. For such a sum, you can't find anywhere even close to the interior and amenities, neither an apartment nor hotels. Or the price will be many times higher. Contactless check-in is an ideal option. All the detailed instructions were sent on the day of booking, and there were no questions! And of course, which is not a little important for those who rent accommodation while traveling - everything is provided down to the smallest detail. From napkins to the washing machine. Bedding, towels, etc. - everything is clean and tidy. Body and hair care cosmetics are also on the same level! We are very pleased with the whole family that we chose you! Everything was on the level of ♥️

Good afternoon. We rented an apartment from 24 to 25 May for a day. Initially, I wrote to the contact person (Karina) and asked if the apartment was relevant. The agent asked for the number of people, named the cost and offered an apartment at 86 Gogol street. After a few days, the number of people per day changed, I wrote to Karina. Initially, they did not want to reduce the cost, despite the fact that the number of people has changed (and the cost, as I understand it, depends on the number of people). As a result, we were offered another apartment (at 88 Gogol street) and the cost was reduced. Karina turned out to be the most adequate agent of all those with whom I dealt later. I was told that the receptionist would meet me at the house. We drove up to the house on May 24 at the right address. We called the administrator, who said that there were some problems with the previous tenants and the keys and she couldn't move us into this apartment. I offered an apartment in the center (a good apartment, as it turned out), but with a check-in by four. And since we are being checked in at four, I suggested that we check out the next day not before 11, but before 12. We arrived at four at the address of another apartment. I called and was asked to send my passport details to make sure that we have adults in the company (they asked me to throw off my passport at 4.15 pm). At that time, we were still standing outside the house and were not occupied. They asked me to wait 15 minutes. At 16:35-16:40, they called and said that they could move in (they called the apartment number where they could call). That's it, we're settled. Today, on May 25, at 9:40-9:45, the administrator called and said that you need to check out before 11. To my reply: "But you only checked us in at four o'clock!". She replied: "So what." I answered her.: "Well, let's at least wait until 12, as you said yesterday." To which she received a murderous reply: "I couldn't tell you that yesterday." The trip is ruined as much as possible. I advise those who have not yet turned on the recording of the call when talking to any agency, to turn on the recording of the conversation. I give one star for Karina, who offered us an option at the right price and for the apartment, which turned out to be quite good. Fyi: there is no Wi-Fi. The password is incorrect. We booked an apartment through the Ostrov app and paid for the reservation. But the circumstances turned out to be such that the reservation had to be canceled. So there was no refund of the reservation, they saw them, it was necessary to understand and pay for the reservation, but Chill Pill refused to refund the money. Moreover, there were no documents and no warnings that the reservation was non-refundable!! So when contacting this organization, be vigilant! We have been traveling for so long and there has never been such an attitude towards the return of a reservation! The divorce may be a good thing that it happened, we lost a little money, it would have been much more unpleasant upon arrival and unexpected surprises upon check-in. Moreover, everything is strange, the money had to be left in the apartment and some aunt had to come, go into the apartment without us and pick up the money for accommodation. It's really weird!! It will be more careful when contacting this center!!
