I contacted the Chili Tour company on the recommendation of my friend, who had previously repeatedly used its services to his satisfaction. The task was to organize a vacation in Cuba in February 2025 for my wife and another couple of our friends. We chose the StarFisch 4 hotel ourselves based on the analysis of reviews, as well as on the price-quality ratio. Director Sergey was able to offer us the best price! He helped to arrange the necessary documents, including a declaration with a QR code for entry to Cuba. He told me everything in detail and answered my questions. In short, he proved himself to be a professional of the highest class, sensitive to Customer requests. The round-trip flight, check-in and accommodation were without unpleasant surprises. Everything fully corresponded to our expectations and the terms of the contract. I was pleasantly surprised that Sergey kept in touch with us via Viber and asked if everything was going well, for which I would like to thank him. My wife, my friends and I were very satisfied with our vacation in Cuba. The turquoise ocean and the snow-white, fine-as-flour sand of Varadero Beach are among the best in the world. And papaya, guava, rum, cigars, lobsters (in the restaurant). There are also excursions to Havana and the islands. Every evening there is a concert program, and in the afternoon there is beach volleyball, table tennis, and pool games. In general, there are a lot of impressions. Thanks again to Sergey and his Chili Tour company for organizing a wonderful vacation!
